Great facility… if you could use it all. Specifically speaking to the pool area. We brought the kids for the slide and it was closed all of 30 mins we were there. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Staff talking directly at kids while with adults, asking inappropriate questions. And no not just trying to enforce rules. The kids were really well behaved. They would tell the kids to end games out of no where after playing them respectfully for a while. There was a young blonde life guard that also tried to tell me I couldn’t breast feed my child in the public area. Then again was told I couldn’t dip my feet in the hot tub with my sleeping baby on me, while trying to watch my other kids. This place has TONS! to do. They have many amazing programs they do. My daughter just did swim lessons there and she loved it! She will be doing basketball in February. I am hoping it is just as good as the swim lessons were.
Building is very clean! Even the locker rooms and bathrooms are very clean.
There is TONS! of parking.

I tried to cancel my membership because why would I pay each month if i’m not going but technically since I signed the contract I’m still getting charged which I think isn’t right.
