Excellent facility and a blessing for our community! Large parking lot with easy access, drop off loop by the front doors, handicap parking, and even some short-term parking spaces. The facility includes three full size basketball courts with plenty of room for seating around the sides. There are three racquetball courts, a couple private party rooms, a multi-use room, multiple bathrooms, a lap pool with diving board and climbing wall, a kids pool with beach entrance, water slides, and a spa. In back is a separate pool for physical therapy. Upstairs is a wide variety of cardio machines to include treadmills, StairMasters, rowing machines, cross country skiing machines, bikes, and more. There is a free weight room and a large selection of weight machines. There's another private room some additional fitness equipment, kettlebells, boxing equipment etc. there's also a walking/running a track overlooking the gymnasium. The locker rooms have multiple showers in secure lockers. There is a separate section for male and female, and multiple family rooms in between where parents can go in with their children to change or shower. There is also a nice steam sauna in the family area accessible for all. The Rec Center has a variety of fitness classes to sign up for, as well as personal trainers to help you with your fitness goals. There is an on-site daycare...

There's a spa and plenty of patio seating for parents that want to watch. The remainder of the main floor includes locker rooms for men, women, and families, several bathrooms, a couple racquetball courts, a multi purpose room, a fitness pool, and a daycare. Great place if you just go for the day but make sure you understand the membership form because if you aren't committed to going or things change where you can't go to cancel its very very hard. Since the Rec Center is through the City of Cody WY it is super difficult to cancel unless you move or have a hardship.
