Rally House Texas Avenue Crossing — Attraction in College Station

I purchased a Guardians jersey in June as an anniversary present. We live in Texas and were going to be in Cleveland for a game. The jersey arrived on time with a security tag, so my husband couldn't wear it. Not a huge deal. I emailed customer support. I heard nothing for a few weeks. We got back home, and I called. They told me it was no problem; they'd send me a label to send it back and I could get a new one... I received no label. A few days later I got an email asking for a picture of the item that was sent with the security tag. I sent a picture and then got an email back saying it was out of stock and there was nothing they could do. I'd have to return it in person. The closest store is 90 miles away. We got no apology. I visited this store today for the first time. What a disappointment! Tons of aggie gear of course but only 6- 10 adult Texas Ranger shirts. Don't give me the excuse that Rangers are not in the regional area because there is tons of stuff for the dallas cowgirls. I really though while watching the tv advertisements that we might have finally gotten a retail outlet in town that had more than aggie, texan and astros merchandise. The young lady that helped me was very nice and agreed that if you want something other than aggie and astros you have to go to the DFW area. Oh well another lost customer here I come...

They have an incredible selection of Texas A&M gear along with tons of MLB and NFL apparel — easily one of the best sports shops I’ve been to. I was especially impressed by the variety of items for my 2-year-old daughter, which isn’t something you see everywhere. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help me order a shirt for my daughter that wasn’t in stock — and they even had it shipped to my house for free! Outstanding service and great shopping experience from start to finish....
