Normally I don’t write reviews but this establishment deserves one. ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! I had originally gotten my nails done AT A DIFFERENT NAIL SALON, but they were horrible nothing like the picture I wanted and they were all different lengths and bumpy plus some were sticking up. So I decided to get them redone here. Unfortunately my experience was even worse. I came in to get them removed and a new set applied but when I sat down with the lady she said nothing is wrong with these they look fine if you don’t like them that’s your fault. She kept making comments about how the nails looked like that because I had ugly natural nails. She said she would just fill them but I decided to just remove them. While I was getting them removed she decided to make snarky comments to other customer and kept telling me if I didn’t like them then I should not be getting that style and that it was my fault over and over again! I wanted to leave it was a terrible experience. I just wanted my nails fixed, but instead they gaslighted me and were just extremely rude. No establishment should treat any customers that way!!! I will not be returning! I really hope they don’t treat all of their customers that way. But with my experience I’m guessing it’s not their first time being...

I’ve heard that the quality in the US nail salons is not the best. basically you need to find your own person who can do it well.

It was my first time doing nails in the US. Didn’t want anything special, just to clean.

Didn’t see the proof that the tools were sterilized. just the phrase - “yes, we disinfect them”.

The tools which were used were dull. I felt like the guy was trying to cut the skin around the nails but was mostly pulling instead of cutting. Honestly, this is the best that can be done??

He wanted to cut my cuticle so much (which made it so uneven btw) but for some reason not any other skin around the nail which clearly needed some work done. After me mentioning that I would want him to clean up the skin he finally did some work but I can’t say it was good at all. the cuts were here and there, the result is in the photo.

I basically can do the same thing by myself or even better.

I am afraid to think how they do painting and other work with nails if they can’t even do the simplest clean up.

At home I had to clean under the nails (from filing and other work done) because he never did. there was a lot of junk gathered up after the manicure.

I don’t have any intentions...

Went to this place and the people were friendly and my nails were great. My daughter went with me to get her nails and toes done as well. The kiddy chair for pedicure they put her in was disgusting and had dirt and chips all in it and they didn’t seem to care to clean it up. It is not a customer’s responsibility to ask a business to clean there equipment. Secondly when checking out one of the young girls told me my total was 65 and when I went home that evening they charges me 85. I had already given a 25 dollar cash tip. When I inserted my card there was not a total on the screen for me to examine before entering my pin, it was just an enter pin screen. (It was like she added a tip for her own.) I called to see if there was some kind of mutual agreement to get this corrected and they refuse to meet me in the middle. I did contact BBB, the department of health and Dora department of regulation and informed them of New Nail an Spa LLC of their unsanitary environment and the extra $20 they felt the need to take advantage of a trusting customer and to inform their...

Very nice place. The staff was very friendly & the environment is welcoming. I have been to quiet a few nail salons in the area and I can truly say this one may finally be my new go-to place for nails and pedicures. Pricing is relatively fair, and about what I expected. Only complaint I had was that the person doing my nails advised me of the price for a gel pedicure, and when I was getting the pedicure, the lady doing it, advised me differently. They charge $5 to take off your gel polish, even if you’re getting gel polish put back on. That’s not something I’ve ever paid before, unless I wasn’t getting gel polish out back on. Also, my gel polish wasn’t soaked off, it was filed with the drill, even more reason I don’t feel you should have to pay for it to be removed, on top of paying for your pedicure and the additional $15 for gel to be reapplied. Other than that, it’s a great little place, and I’d recommend giving them a shot! They also have over 2000 gel color options!

I just wanted to respond to Patricia Franklin post 18 hours ago. First of all, on what planet do you think you can get toes and nails done for you and your daughter for $65. Secondly, I've been going there for five years and NEVER once have I been overcharged or taken advantage of. Third, the children's pedicure chair Has always been immaculate and they pride themselves on sanitation. Fourth, you can clearly see the total on the credit card machine before and after tip. So you stating she gave herself a $20 tip is absurd. If you truly called the BBB, the department of health and Dora department of regulation you are a disgrace of a human being. Not that any of them would take notice. These people are hard working and don't deserve to be treated like this. Please see attached photos for proof.
