The Fives Columbus — Attraction in Columbus

I did a walk through of The Fives Columbus for a future event. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The lights in the main room are stunning. The space is large and air conditioned. There are huge glass garage doors that can be opened in the front, the back or both. There is also outdoor seating on the first floor. In the basement, there are two suites which are delightful. The one suite has basically a wall of mirrors, with a large countertop, and comfortable seating to prepare for the event. The other suite is called "The Den" and doesn't have as many mirrors but enough to prepare for the event. Both of the suites have private restrooms. The kitchen is in the basement for the caterers with their own elevator. The upper level has 3 areas: outside area, inside area and inside area that overlooks the main level. We had our wedding at the Fives in June and could not have had a better experience. We worked with Josh as our event designer and Matt as our day of coordinator. Both were absolutely exceptional!! Josh is an extremely skilled planner and was so helpful in customizing our event. Matt is so professional, reassuring, and all around an absolute delight to work with. To quote one of my bridesmaids “whatever you paid him, it was not enough.” All of the staff day of were genuinely warm, kind, and helpful. Every person at The Fives brought the best vibes to our day. The food was excellent, something I was particularly concerned about. The venue was absolutely stunning at baseline but seeing everything come together with our decor and flowers was amazing. My only small criticism is I wish the bridal suite was more affordable for the morning of- we ended up getting ready at a nearby hotel though which worked out great. Overall could not more highly...

I recently got married at The Fives, and my experience was nothing short of perfect from beginning to end. I was able to get a tour scheduled promptly and, after our tour, we were able to book our wedding almost immediately. We worked with Josh, who consistently went above and beyond for us. He was professional, timely in his communications, and so kind. He answered all of my type-A questions and never once seemed annoyed. When we needed opinions on design or food, he happily provided them (and was always right!). The day of our wedding, everything went smoothly. Every single staff member - from Josh, to the front of house, to the back of house - was kind and professional. We had zero hiccups with our big day (or if there were hiccups we didn’t know about them). Everything was so beautiful - from the outside area for cocktail hour to the social hall for our reception.
