White Castle System, Inc. — Restaurant in Columbus

I moved to Florida in 2003 from NJ. I do believe it's about time now to have a White Castle in St Augustine, FL. I know we have the frozen in Walmart. Seriously, there no substitute for driving myself to a white Castle and relive the memories of walking passed the windows watching those burgers being prepared..while moving along with the line till I can place my order. Then sitting down with my 5 burgers and fries and onion rings because I could never decide which I wanted because they were both so delicious. I can go on and on with the many visits. So I think there should be a White Castle in the oldest city in the country, St Augustine, FL . There are so many people from the north east and midwest that transplanted here. Also the millions of snow birds that are here during the cooler climate. I tried to message your corporate office to write this with no luck so I figured here would be the next place to contact White Castle.so like I said earlier it is time to have a White Castle in St Augustine Florida because you are truly truly...

I've been coming to Greenlawn at S High st location for over 30 years and I recently retired in 2023. I went today and saw Teresa whom made my meals along with her Supv Sylvia whom is now deceased. The joy I have seeing her was so refreshing because everyone I worked with is now deceased also. I previously met Jason the new Supv and his assistant Toni. Each time I went to this store they always served customers right. Even the unruly ones. Teresa is a true legend and still the same person unchanged. I can see where the other 2 got their training from. I only have 1 complaint and that is to have a .25 cent for plain sliders and .50 cent for fish day once a year to replicate close to the 5 and 10 cent burgers I grew up with. This review is in regards to the white Castle location in Florence KY.

This was one of the worst experiences at a White Castle ever. To start the eating area was filthy. Food and trash on the floor. The tables were sticky and uncleaned which we found to be gross. The ketchup holder had recycled ketchup packets in it that were obviously plucked the trash recepticles. The ladies restroom Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. All this and we haven't even touched the food... The chicken and waffle sandwich was sub par. The waffles weren't toasted, the fries were over cooked in oil that tasted like it hadn't been changed in a week Done with food... Now to throw out the trash.. good luck with that, all 6 trash bins we're overflowing and all this by 1pm... I hope the owner of this franchise reads this review and takes a hard look at...
