I would have gave them a five star review as I have always had great care with mainline urgent care. My wait time was excellent less than 10 minutes to be taken back. Moved quickly through out my visit. I was cared for very well throughout my visit with the exception of the last nurse I encountered. The doctor put me in a wheel chair and pushed me to the radiology waiting area she locked and unlocked the chair each time lifted the feet rest very professional. The young lady came from radiology called my name I acknowledged her she came over unlocked the wheels pushed me into the room locked the weeks and made sure I safely got to the table. Same thing when leaving she made sure I got safely into the wheelchair she once again locked and unlocked wheel and moved the foot rest. She then took me back to the waiting area and locked the wheels again. This is where I encountered the last nurse she came to a door around a small corner view was obstructed by this wall. She called my name I responded over here. She then called my name again I said yes I’m over here. She then rounded the corner and with a frustrated face walked over to me walked behind the chair while giving a heavy sigh. Then take’s hold of the handles and said with a frustrated tone you need to unlock the wheel. Proceeds to push me back to the exam room and asks my shoe size and leaves. Her attitude and behavior was unacceptably. She may need bedside manner training if she’s going to continue in the medical field. The young lady and the Dr returned with a boot for my ankle and I was discharged. The staff who checked me in the doctor and the radiology staff were all very pleasant and took care of the wheel chair through out my visit. This last nurse was very unpleasant and I dropped a star due to her behavior. I hope she doesn’t treat all the patients she tends to...

Un-ethical and Improper !!!!! This was as disheartening as a health facility can be... . I called beforehand and was told the urgent care closes at 2pm. With my injured ankle we zoom over and arrive at 1:00pm. As I am dropped off at the front entrance, stumbling out of the car whereby two strangers run up to see if need help, a receptionist or nurse runs out too. The nurse/receptionist of the urgent care facility runs out to advise me I cannot be seen .. an HOUR before closing time. I limb over and plead as my ankle is the size of a golf ball and it would be a relatively quick visit .... xray and bandage. NOPE she refuses to allow me inside stating the Physician's instruction... They must have had a labor day Sunday picnic to attend. Well, don't be an UC physician if you cannot abide my the hours you are OPENED. I then left and drove to Paoli ER. One of the x-ray tech's shared that the UC facility is NOT allowed to refuse care, even if I walked in 2 minutes to close time.. And she knew first hand as she worked at another UC MLH and advised just the other night someone arrived at 8:58PM, close time was 9:00pm and they were allowed in. I wish I can complain to a higher authority as this experience was completely, RUDE, UNETHICAL, IMPROPER and I would like both the female Physician (did not obtain a name) and the nurse / receptionist who refused my care an HOUR before close time accountable. If anyone knows who I can connect to have both of these non healthcare humans working in an UC accountable for their behavior, appreciate...
Read moreNot considerate of your time. Arrived early for an annual physical, did all of my paperwork online proactively scheduled a lab appointment. Check in process “lost me” is what they said, so was very late for physical. They had moved me between 3 waiting areas. I told them when I checked in I had made two appointments but the staff was too engaged in personal conversation and I think they only checked me in for the lab. After primary I waited for 35 minutes for lab appointment even though I had an appointment that was missed because of their inattention. At this point had spent 2 hours in the facility for a physical and basic blood work. This was supposed to be easy. I have tight schedules. I did everything in my power to set it up for success , arrived early, did all of the paperwork online and proactively made the lab appointment. No one communicated with me during my waits. I cancelled the lab and walked out. I was out of time. I won’t be coming back. Health care needs to do better. Upside is the doctor had a great bedside manner. He is the only one that really listened to me. Others were cold , not interested in me or my experience, just going...
