Cindie’s — Attraction in Conroe

I've been going to Cindies for a few years, and it has always been a pleasure dealing with the employees there. But Alicia and Jennifer have stood out to me of all of the employees that have worked there in the past 2 or 3 years. Not only are they knowledgeable on all of the products, but they both are very nice and have a great sense of humor. They make a great team and have greatly improved an already great store. They also have a couple of new employees that seem really nice. And one of them doesn't know it yet, but she's going to look amazing on our wedding day. 🫣🤪 jk. Poor quality product. Poor customer service.

I bought a body wand that didn’t work. Understanding the “no return or exchange” policy I came back in and asked, Kirsten, the woman who sold it to me, what other type of recourse I might have (ie can I call corporate? or is there some other course of action I can take?) Kirsten told me that it was my fault I bought a bottom of the line product (it was $50)

in my humble opinion, if you are knowingly selling products that are poor quality and you know that they do not work, giving your customers no recourse to make things right, your company is scamming people. Save your money and save the heartache and order...

To be honest I was really nervous about going to Cindies by myself . I didn't know what to expect but I knew I wanted to get my wife something xxx special. Upon walking in I was quickly greeted by the most nicest most knowledgeable cindies rep ever. She listened to how I was feeling and what I was looking for . RENEE quickly calmed my nerves and was able to help me with a woman's view and opinion.
