I've been going to Cindies for a few years, and it has always been a pleasure dealing with the employees there. But Alicia and Jennifer have stood out to me of all of the employees that have worked there in the past 2 or 3 years. Not only are they knowledgeable on all of the products, but they both are very nice and have a great sense of humor. They make a great team and have greatly improved an already great store. They also have a couple of new employees that seem really nice. And one of them doesn't know it yet, but she's going to look amazing on our wedding day. 🫣🤪 jk. Understanding the “no return or exchange” policy I came back in and asked, Kirsten, the woman who sold it to me, what other type of recourse I might have (ie can I call corporate? or is there some other course of action I can take?)
