Great atmosphere. Absolutely terrible service. First, I look at the menu and our waitress (the only way I know how to describe her is the one with glasses at 7:20PM on 11/05/25) greets us. I ask for unsweetened tea (shown on the menu) and they dont have any tea or make it at all. Next, I ask for the pan fried pork buns, which they also don't have. So I ask, what do have? She proceeds to say that they have everything else. So then I ask for pork buns, which they have) and they can pan fry it for us. Excellent. That sounds like a great recovery. Then we are ready to order. I ask do you guys have a broth which is citrucy and she literally stands there and says "I don't know." I allowed for a brief moment for her to take the initiative to say "let me go ask" but nothing was said. She literally just stood there. So I said "Do you mind going to find out?" She said "Yea sure." At that point I said to my fiancé "Let's just get out of here." What a terrible experience. We will not be coming back or recommend8ng this place to anyone. We will stick with Drangon Bowl Pho in Downtown Conroe. They always know what they are doing there and...
Read moreCame for the soft opening and we enjoyed it. I had the lemon kumquat jasmine tea and it was delicious. It was flavorful and sweet. You can select your sweetness level, which I really liked. You can also add boba but I didn’t want any today, I just enjoyed the tea.
We ordered the shumai and house dumplings (pork), egg rolls and sliced braised beef Chinese Ramen. The shumai came out quickly and was very good. Veggies were a little crunchy in the filling but that’s a personal preference. The ramen was delicious. The broth was rich and tasty and the beef was tender. The egg rolls were very good and they have a house dumpling sauce. It was different in a good way and has a little kick, which we liked. The house dumplings, while tasty, were somewhat different than what we are used to. We got them fried and they were misshapen and the outside seemed a little thick and tough. We probably would not get them fried again.
Overall, it was really good for a soft opening. The service was excellent snd everyone was super attentive and friendly. We...
Read moreIt was not good. No one greeted me when I walked in, which is fine but kind of not. The portions are really small for the price - sushi rolls are only 5 pieces. I ordered the shrimp dumplings, spider roll, shrimp tempura roll and a brown sugar boba. I ordered at the kiosk for a to-go and sat and waited. The guy who gave me my boba said “We can’t do no ice.” and handed me my drink — I was sitting by the entrance, right by him the whole time while he made the drink and he had ample opportunity to look at me and tell me that before making it and handing it to me. 🤣 Ok! The boba he handed me was 75% ice, 90% milk and 10% boba and syrup. The shrimp in the dumplings tasted almost under-done. The spider roll is soft shell blue crab and it tasted kind of rotten. I was so excited to try this place but I won’t be back! Kind of a waste of $30 but at least now I know! Based on the reviews, it’s hit or miss....
