It was a normal morning just like any other... Traveling from the Dallas area, I stopped by this Chick-Fil-A with a desire to mearly fill a gap in my body which was hunger. However, I didn't know that for the next 10 minutes of my life, the chicken biscuit and bacon egg and cheese biscuit would fill a gap in my soul. This is my first review... probably will be my last. But I needed to let someone (anyone) know of the pure joy I experienced from this establishment. Don't get me wrong, I've been to multiple Chick-Fil-A restauarants in the past, and none have driven this close to what I imagine food in heaven tastes like. The biscuits.... the biscuits were the softest I've ever had yet somehow managed to maintain form. There was even a hint of honey as though the bee had decided to rest its wearily soul on the biscuits for just a few moments before going off to the hive again. The chicken... the chicken was steamy hot and tasted so fresh. Lastly, the bacon, egg, and cheese reminded me of home and my childhood as it created a euphoric sensation within my taste buds. Read moreI visited this location for breakfast. When I got home I was missing two sandwiches and received a different sandwich than requested. So I go to return my order because my husband and was bringing it to work and had to leave for work but I had to go back. I get there they offered to replace the missing items I declined and asked for a full refund( nothing was touched or eaten) she says no cause the food has already left the store. I explained that the items are not needed anymore cause I was on a scheduled timeline and since the order was wrong my timeline still had to go forward. If the order was correct there would be no need for the conversation. I also explained that even if I still needed the other items that now the other items are cold who wants cold food. I didn’t buy the food separately I bought it together and it was supposed to be eaten together. They can’t even have common courtesy to understand that. Let’s say my sandwich was missing the cheese I go back to get a replacement but now I want fresh fries because I would like to eat my fries with my sandwich but cause of the mishap with my sandwich I was unable to eat my fries which the resulted in them being cold. Read moreThis store just ruined my entire Chick-fil-a experience. I can not eat pork and I called in to have my order changed, after that I told a separate team member about my situation. I waited around 20 mins and was happy because I thought that my order was given to me with the modifications I wanted on it. I came home and luckily I saw that the bacon was there! Given that if I ate it without double checking, I would have gone to the hospital leaving my kids with no one to look after them! I called the store spoke to a team member that told me they could refund my order and then I spoke to Manager, Jay about this and they told me that they can’t give refunds through the phone because it was their OPERATOR/OWNER that instructed them not to. I asked politely if they could do anything for me without me physically coming into the store due to my situation (have kids and with COVID going on.) I said I wasn’t trying to scam anyone or steal money, I can give proof of purchase through email or any other means but physically appearing in the store.
