Diaper exchange policy says they will exchange unopened unused diapers purchased from target without receipt—not even a return, just to size up—BUT ONLY if you haven’t returned anything else more than $75 (like unopened cans of formula because your babies were allergic to cow’s milk) And they will be as rude as possible about it throughout the whole process. Like walk away mid-conversation to go grab the policy binder and literally slam it down in front of you if you ask for a little more clarification rude. Or at least, Tyler with the long faded pink hair, glasses, and very obvious anger issues will. It would’ve been borderline humorous if my daughter wasn’t next to me witnessing an adult man acting like a spastic enraged teenage girl. Manager was very pleasant though and said anyone’s ID can be used. Again, for an exchange in sizes. Which is weird, but…okay? So gave up on that small fire, went to go shop and get new clothes for my daughter, took her to the fitting room, got stopped by the lady at fitting room, she rudely said “No baskets, even empty ones.” Okay fair enough. Leave my basket and go back to the room and can’t even sit down in the fitting room because there are BASKETS on the seat with clothes and ripped off tags strewn everywhere…this place is a joke and rude to the wrong people for the wrong reasons. TLDR; Just go to the Woodlands Target, they will help you with absolutely no issues.🤷🏼‍♀️

Just left this Target after a horrible experience. I was going to buy a Lankybox toy for my daughter that they have a large sign stating 50% off. I went to check out & it rang up at regular price. I asked for a price match and the cashier grabbed the front end manager who spoke with her AP & they denied stating the product was moved. I went & took this picture showing it was not a product moved, it was a whole set up & showed the front end manager who stated “I already talked to you, have a nice day”. I work in management & would never address a customer that way. I will not be shopping at that location any further.

Target is really best place for shopping. They have almost many things that you are looking for. You can go there for electronic material and clothing. They carry good brands of clothes which are not very expensive. It is located in the shopping complex where there is best buy, home depot, office depot etc. You can find Starbucks inside target. You will enjoy you shopping in this place. You need to visit this place for more details.

Horrible customer service, I was just trying to get a refund on a few items and the lady at the refund guest services decided to skip another person in front of me because they had only one item to refund/pay an item. Well seems it took about the same time to take care of that other person as it would have taken her with me if she would have initially taken care of my refund to begin with. And yes I timed her and it took her the exact amount of time including me asking her is there anyone else that could help you since she did seem a little bit overwhelmed that morning. Although she did express how Target doesn’t pay them enough hours. To me: (Target is such a huge corporation how is it impossible to not be able to pay these employees fairly to keep these stores running smoothly or maybe just not the right people to fit in for the jobs here at this location)

Anyways, during my refund I thought well let me try to alleviate her stress of being a one single person doing it all at guest services and ask for the manager on duty, but seemed she quickly got defensive and said oh I can get the manager and the store manager for you plus your refund on your specific items take time thats why i skipped you. Not the answer i was expecting…. But

….since i don’t believe this is proper guest services for anyone to begin with, i just went ahead and made the call to corporate and explained to them how could a store as big as Target allow only one person to be a checkout/refund at guest service with such customer service and no one to answer to or ask questions to without being rudely directed or redirected.

But definitely something wasn’t right. And Tori I’m sorry you were having a terrible morning and it’s not your fault this Target on 503 I-45 N Conroe isn’t running smoothly like it should be. I hope you have better days ahead and...

Bought a television from this location only to arrive home and realize the screen was shattered. We were told that they were out of stock and if we wanted to replace it we would have to go to another location. We did that, only to receive two more televisions completely broken. We figured it was due to a poor shipment, but what happened next is the main reason for this poor review. The spring location contacted this location and worked out a deal so that we could finally get a working television. The spring location called me and told me about the deal she had worked out for us and that the conroe manager said he would honor it if we went up there before they closed. Keep in mind it was about 10pm at this point. Regardless, I drove up to Target and I could see another television that had been pulled for the deal. The ladies scanned our receipts, the television and everything and told us that we now owed them $130.00 when the difference of the televisions was on $70.00 to begin with. I told the lady that wasn't correct and that the manager was aware of our situation and said that he had agreed to waive the difference if we came in that night. She went back there to confirm the deal and came back and began typing on the register. She told us that we now only owed them $100.34. Still approximately $30.00 more than the difference. We ended taking the broken television back home and informed the spring location that the conroe Manger went back on his word. She told us that if we came in the following morning that she would honor the deal for us since they wouldn't. It's sad that the Spring location did more to help remedy our situation than the store we made the purchase from. It took three days to get a TV I bought and paid for. To date, a regional manager has not called me regarding the...

BEST STORE IN TOWN!!!! I’m not much of person who writes reviews, but this young man Ivan deserves all the recognition for his hard work and making a great name for target ! I’m fairly new to town, and I’m a Pokémon card collector looking to find a spot to shop for cards, i particularly have never really shopped at target, but the Walmart in town did not look to pleasing, and the card shop here is very rude. I walked in amlesly walking around trying to find the toy and card aisles. No one had really helped me yet or asked if I needed assistance at this point , but I had found myself by the home living section when this young man named IVAN came up to me seeming Eager and excited to help me like if I was family. He walks me to both aisles trying to help me find some cards. Not only did he help me find the exact Pokémon set I was looking for, but he made sure my target experience was one of the best ever. He made me feel right at home and part of the target family. I’ve shopped at many places where workers are there just to get a paycheck and clock out but that young man went above and beyond for me. Even told me next time if I’m needing something and he’s there he will help me no matter what ! If I were his boss I’d give him a raise for making target look like an amazing company to work at and shop THANK you ivan for your help it really made my day knowing people still love their jobs during...
