I want to love this place. Beautiful store, lovely set up, good selection. And every milkweed plant i bought here was COVERED in pesticide. I specifically asked if the plants had any pesticide because I saw small holes where the monarchs had hatched - but no caterpillars. They assured me, repeatedly, that there was no pesticide. She helped me find several cat-safe plants I was looking for (note I'm not sure that they can make recommendations for this, I came with a list of pet safe plants) and took the time explain the care needed for each of the ones I picked out. I usually go to a different popular plant nursery in Charleston where the staff has been pretty rude to me each time so this experience was very refreshing! I will definitely only go here now. Oh and also I found everything I was looking for plus a few more!!...
