Don’t order items from this shop. Especially don’t order Funkos. You can order from Funko’s website and get free shipping for any large order over 65. I’d suggest only shopping for what you see in the store. Not sure how well they do for video games.

I ordered 12. Yes 12 funkos. Trusting them and putting a down payment on all of them. Game stop always has a release date lag. I’m sure it’s Funko doing this so people order from them first. That aspect I understand is out of their control. When you pre-order from GameStop, you’ll always get your item weeks and sometimes a month after funko releases them on their own website. Not only do you have to wait for their lag time to release on their “street date” at GameStop, they also don’t follow through with the dates they say you’ll get your order. Weeks after funko releases them, and then possibly a month after that as well? Nah not worth it.

To make it worth the wait it’s their policy to update and call you to provide the status of your order. I’ve never received a single call or update. I check my voice mail all the time to see if I missed their call, not a single one.

I went in the store and the manager assured me it happens from time to time. He stated he’d be sure someone called me. No one has. Then I called to get an update and spoke with Noah. He stated he couldn’t help me and I would have to call their distribution center for any updates at 800-883-8895. Not even the number to reach them in any direct way. Pretty sure it’s a generic game stop line. He said he’d couldn’t provide me with any information at all. Still waiting on the status of my Funkos.

TLDR:Ordering Funkos from here requires a down payment, release lag that takes months longer than ordering from Funko.com, and pretty bad customer service....

Been going to this locations for many years but not anymore. I Went to this location I pre ordered the new pokemon scarlet and violet bundle pack and I told them I wanted to pre order the physical copy. I always perfer physical copys and liked collecting them.

When the game was releashed, I came in and I bought the game but they gave me the digit code instead. I was confused and I told them there was a mix up and I told them I pre ordered the physical copy and I had receipt for proof. Why would I go to the store for the online code when I could have download it from home? It just doesn't make any sense to me. I always had real copys and never once I bought a digital code from them.

I never had problems with them before I asked kindly if they can fix this and they can refund me or trade for the physical copy. But they told me no since the second the code has been printed, they can't take it back no exceptions. I wish they would have said something before payment but they didn't. They didn't seem to care at all for scamming me either and told me there was nothing to be done about it.

I was upset for wasting $120 I couldn't get a refund for and felt like an idiot. I feel anyone would get upset for dropping that kind of money and not getting the product you wanted. The games were awful anyway and I wish I didn't have interest in pokemon.

If I could give less stars, I would. This is what you call a gamestop trade. Do yourself a favor and don't shop at this gamestop. It's a scam and you'll regret...

I literally just game to give a major shout out to my girl Kacey. My husband and I came in just while wandering around and found a game that we wanted to purchase. We took it to the counter and I swear I have NEVER had such an amazing experience with customer service anywhere. We bought a game that was on sale for a pretty good price, $14 was our total. After relating to our gaming interests and having a good conversation with us, she surprised us some more with her friendliness. My husbands card was only approved for part of the amount, due to us switching accounts and just using the rest of the money left in his. She was very concerned and ask if we were doing okay just because of that little mishap. It was such a sweet thing for her to do, and was something she didn't even have to ask about. I kid you not I have never had such a good human experience. With things being so weird in the world today, I'm so grateful there are people out there that check on others, even just strangers.
