We have done a ton of business with Kay Jewelers. We never had a particularly favorite Kay Jewelers, we just went to which ever one was convenient. That all changed when we went to the Concord Mills location. We originally went to look at upgrading my engagement ring. When we walked in a lady named Felicia Bouchard was quick to help us. She was so friendly and helpful. She helped us look for at least an hour or two. If it had not been for her, I’m not sure we would have found what we wanted, but she was determined to make sure we left there happy. She helped us find the perfect ring and we upgraded…. A LOT! Since then we have been back numerous times. We have gotten to know Felicia a little more and she always goes above and beyond! She is always smiling, she is so encouraging and enthusiastic, and she is just an amazing person. Kay Jeweler’s is blessed to have her as a valuable employee! She is the reason we have returned again and again. Since purchasing the upgrade, we have had a few issues with the ring. Several of the small stones fall out almost every time I wear it. We have taken it back and had it fixed at least twice. Today we took it back for the third time to have it fixed. Even though we have had to make several trips and have the ring sent off several times, I can’t say one negative thing about our experience simply because Felicia has made sure that we were taken care of each time. This time she put in an order to have the prongs redone to prevent this from happening again. I simply cannot say enough about Felicia. She has faced so many health challenges yet she never complains and is always ready and willing to help everyone else and make others feel special. She did not volunteer the information about her health, she only confided in me because I confided in her about my health issues. She was there to lift me up and encourage me to never let anything hold me back. I was so amazed to learn the things that she has overcome and still shows up every day smiling, eager, and ready to brighten someone else’s life. She is a treasure to my fiancé, me, and to Kay Jewelers. The customer service she has provided and continues to provide is very rare in this day and time.    Read moreThe worst experience ever! This location is not where my future husband bought the ring but it is the closest location to where i live. My SO did not size my ring so i went into this store to get it sized. They were not able to find the account even though i had the receipt in my hands and gave all his information asked for. I understand system flaws happen so I let it go. They asked if he had purchased the insurance on the ring. He did not and so i paid for it. I believe that because i purchased the insurance this was the only reason i was helped! When I came to pick up the ring it was WAY to big for my finger. Less than a week of me being even able to wear my ring the main diamond fell off. I called this location and they asked me to bring it in and it would be ready in another 2 weeks. The only time i could come in was after work and with traffic i arrived at 6pm. They close at 7pm. The girl that "helped" me did not ask for my name or account information. I could sense she did not want to even help me. She told me I HAD to go the the location my SO bought it from that they could not do anything there. I told her that did not make sense since i got it sized there and she said "so what is it that you want me to do?" GET IT FIXED!!! I bought the insurance on it! She looked at me and said it would take a month and if i was willing to part from it that long? WHAT? Over the phone they said 2 weeks? So i said fine. I will wait a month. She then told me again she could not take it because i did not purchase it there. Then she said, and I quote "It's only a 15 min drive from here to Northlake" I will NEVER come to this location EVER again. The employee was to lazy to even pull up by account to simply help me. I don't remember the girls name but she worked at 6pm on 5/10/2021 and had box braids. Younger girl. I ended up going to the Afton location and found out the size the Concords Mill location had told me was wrong. They told me it was a 9 but sized it to a 9 1/4.    Read moreI'm only giving 2 stars because I love my ring and necklace. I deducted 3 stars because of the behavior and attitude of the two people we encountered today. There was one really overweight female who, right off the bat, said she couldn't assist us because we didn't bring in our ID despite having the email on my phone. My husband pointed to the other lady and said, "Well, she is the one who helped us with the purchase." So the overweight lady walks over to her murmuring words to her and shaking her head. The lady who helped us with our purchase then proceeds to walk over to us acting as if she didn't remember us and then was like "Ohhh you placed the online order, now I remember." She assisted with the pick-up but after haggling us about the lifetime warranty I asked for her to set up my profile, so that when I come in for cleanings or if I'm missing stones, I won't have any issues (because I've heard horror stories). She responds "Oh don't worry about it you're covered we have to wait for a receipt number and we will get it tomorrow" I said "ok I'll come back Tomorrow". She said "well it may not be Tomorrow it could take some time"....I asked her for her name which she gave the name Toni. Toni talked around in circles and what she said still made no sense. I think it's because we didn't spend thousands of dollars, that a profile wasn't set up.
