KayBee Jewelry and Loan — Attraction in Westminster

In all my time in Westminster (and Carroll county), I never knew Kay Bee existed. I've also never had a good opinion of pawn shops, thinking their dirty and shady places. Went out on a limb a few weeks ago and went by Kay Bee based off other positive reviews I saw. WOW! It's a small shop with a lot of stuff, but it's clean, well lit, and right in the heart of a bunch of shops. The guys working there are fantastic! Went in to sell some pieces of jewelry that have been sitting around. He explained the whole process of buying gold, explained and showed stuff like scratch testing. Today, I sold a gold and diamond necklace to a young lady who was smart to ask if I knew anyone who could verify it is what I said it is. I immediately told her Kay Bee. We popped by this evening, he verified everything and took the time to show and explain the diamond tester. Also, the other fantastic guy there untangled the last knot in it's fragile chain. They're my go to for selling gold, verifying items for selling, untangling, and even jewelry repair. It's a literal one stop shop for electronics, tools, jewelry, etc. Even saw a music instrument. Annnd! They're friendly, explain everything, and don't pressure anyone to do...

I seriously love the staff they are so amazing they accommodate you as the customer or consumer completely. They are definitely the best pawn shop in Westminster that I've been to and I've been to the mall LOL but they are fast easy great service and very friendly. I even was able to come in the next day when I needed to make a payment on one of my things that I had pawned and it was due one day so I actually paid the next day and he was amazing about it I don't think they do this all the time obviously but I had been there going with this same PlayStation several times and I bought it out over 4 or 5 times so they know I want it and want to keep paying them. Their prices at the store are a very good deal it is a small little store or office or whatever you want to call it but they kept my PlayStation that I pawned my laptop in great condition it never had a problem with that never had an issue with anything being broken when I bought it back so I am very very happy that...

Hello I did not have a lot of experience with pawning or loaning anything from a pawn shop. When you 1st arrive at the store the things that you notice is that it's extremely clean and very very organized. You are greeted by a Approachable and happy team member. They explained everything so that I completely understood. I sold my item and again was explained to what I would be signing and asked which I thought was extremely important and thoughtful by the team member, do I have any questions. But he did such an amazing job explaining things in great detail I didn't have any questions. He then gave me with my fair price for my item and I was out the door within 5 minutes. So needless to say this is amazing store with such caring team members. .I will definitely be going back in the future. I seen an ring that is a must have, so I will be heading back over there this weekend to pick that up. Thank you guys for making me feel so welcome and have a great rest...
