This is the first bad review I have ever written and im in my 50's. I travel on 50 work trips a year and 2-3 vacations and never have I experienced anything like this before. Management- Now the Asst. Manager was very sweet and tried her best to help us and told us that she would discount the rooms to from $400 to $100 a day and for our inconvenience and give us a $200 credit to the main restaurant. We thought that was fair since we were sleeping there even though they had to clean the room twice to get ride of the cockroaches and send someone up to clean the bathroom as the shower floods the entry way. Now, when we arrived for the dinner, there was a note for us to come back and see the manager. When we walked over to the front desk, she look horrible as she knew she had to deliver bad new and apologized that the General Manager overrode her credit/discount and that he would speak to us in the morning. So when we went to speak with him at the time request, he wasn't available, or again later that day, or the next morning until finally we caught him right before leaving for the day. The General Manager and biggest snootiest individual with short man syndrome I have ever seen. We explained was going on and said I have heard it, I don't believe it and I don't care. I showed him the pictures of cockroaches, he said I don't care. Let me also add it was the first experience with a cockroach in my life. He stated he wasnt doing anything for us, didn't care that we had COCKROACHES, the wrong room, garbage behind the mirrors, closed pools four out the five days. Let me state the pools were closed at 2pm but you really couldn't enjoy them until 11 or noon because there was no sun because the pool is blocked by the building. All these closures were due to set up when it ways 90 degrees for weddings and business parties. So i pay for use of the facilities but then they take away to double dip and make money for something I went there to enjoy. This resort shows up as a 4 or 5 star, i have been to much better 2 star hotels that actually care about their guests and deliver whats expected. I highly recommend staying away as there is much better hotels at $400 a night. Please feel free to ask me any questions. Also, the hotel which isn't very big was over run by the convention parties and no where to sit on property to enjoy a drink without a 1000 people. Just a horrible experience and you had kids crying that they had to get out of the pool, elevator broken to get from pool to main level(helped an elderly man up the stairs and the staff just laughed. Just no class all the way around.

My stay at Naples Grande Resort left me with mixed feelings, resulting in a 3 out of 5 stars rating. While the overall experience had its positive aspects, there were some notable drawbacks. One significant challenge was securing a poolside chair on sunny days. The limited availability made it difficult to fully enjoy the pool amenities, and this aspect detracted from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. The pricing structure was another point of concern. Despite the substantial nightly rate of $600, it was disappointing to discover that obtaining an umbrella or any form of shade at the beach required an additional charge. This unexpected expense felt like an unnecessary add-on to an already high-priced stay. One morning, the peace was disrupted when the hotel conducted a fire alarm test. Despite being informed the previous day, the experience was less than ideal, disrupting the tranquility that guests seek during their stay. Navigating the parking situation in the garage proved challenging at times. The availability of parking spaces was inconsistent, causing inconvenience for guests trying to access their vehicles. Access to the beach was also less convenient than anticipated. The approximately 0.5-mile journey on a boardwalk was manageable, but the reliance on golf carts for transportation sometimes led to extended wait times, as they were also utilized by the public. Although the hotel boasts a walking trail nearby, it was disappointing to learn that hotel guests were not permitted to use it. Access was restricted to residents only, limiting the options for recreational activities within the hotel vicinity. In summary, Naples Grande Resort offers a generally pleasant stay but falls short in certain areas, particularly in terms of poolside amenities, unexpected additional charges, disruptive fire alarm tests, parking challenges, and limited access to nearby amenities. Consideration of these aspects is advised for those seeking a comprehensive and hassle-free resort experience.

Overall, the resort is very beautiful. This was my second trip to the resort and this time we brought my sister along to get the experience too. This time we stayed in the Villas (Room 107). First, the glass sliding doors need to be repaired with proper locks and they need to replace those pull-down security bars because the little silver key device was missing on the doors that go out to the patio. ...and then there was this! My sister was sleeping on the sofa bed. Well, SHE WAS BITTEN BY BUGS IN THE SOFA BED (See photos). It was awful! She had bites all over her stomach and arms from "bed bugs." So, we report this matter to housekeeping and the gentleman said, "I do not have anything to do with that." I was beyond livid. However, I wasn't going to let that stop my vacation. I could have made a big deal out of this matter but I didn't. With that being said, we paid a lot of money to stay at this resort for the second time. The house keepers (Lena and Wilifinase) were wonderful! The guys that drive the carts to drop off guest to/from the beach were wonderful!! The beach is wonderful!! The Valet Team was wonderful!!! No complaints there. Lastly, if you are a person of color and being around many Caucasians staring at you as if they're in "shock." Be prepared. It's perfectly fine. Embrace the moment! This place needs new management that cares about ALL GUEST. Not to mention, it's NOT KID FRIENDLY.

Naples Grand Beach resort instantly became one of my favorite hotels. Upon checking in, the staff was helpful, professional and informative. They also accommodated a couple of requests in the short time we were there. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and STUNNING balcony/views. The short tram ride to the beach was so enjoyable. The beach access and restaurant were amazing. The beach was clean and beautiful and we had options to rent tents or umbrellas. The Hotel also has activities planned and provides a calendar. The options for food/dining options are good and have something for everyone. The customer service is outstanding and that is what truly stood out. This makes this hotel so welcoming! To all the staff…thank you for making our experience and vacation so worth it.

Me and my family had a good time in Naples Grande. The rooms were nice, clean and big! The services cleaning was nice, they were very attentive with us if we need more coffee, towels, cups etc … The breakfast areas were nice and have different options. Servers not too nice but it’s ok … The pool and this areas very nice! And the bartenders very nice 👍🏽 To go to the beach service was very nice they have a very nice 15min path for you to walk or if you don’t want you can take the little golf cars that take you for free there. Good time in general.
