we bought our First Harley in 2006 from Danny and Barbara at Highway 101 Harley Davidson and have been loyal customers through three more Harleys and change in ownership to Al and Karen. Our experiences with the 101 owners and staff have always been and continue to be extremely positive, even uplifting. Our visits are as if we are seeing old friends again. Services have never been an issue and help is always available even when hundreds of miles away as the staff and owners go out of their way to answer and assist even by phone. The work done through the service department has always been impeccable and professional. The best Being on my '09 Ultra with Lincoln performing a "Screaming Eagle" upgrade that continues to impress me whenever I ride. We can leave 101 Harley after having our bike serviced, repaired, or just checked out with complete confidence that all work has been performed to the highest standards. WOW!!!!!!!! I would love it if every business had what Hwy 101 Motorsports have. They have a customer service team that is ABSOLUTELY 100% THE BEST! I am here from Florida visiting the area for a few days and drove in yesterday with a CanAm Defender that developed an issue. The service members were obviously knee-deep in several projects when I arrived. I hated even for a second to interrupt them....but hesitantantly, I did. I asked how things were going and technician Shawn replied, "covered up with work". He did not skip a beat, asked how he could help me, and with assistance from his coworker, Zack, they diagnosed the problem, quickly ordered parts, and scheduled the catastrophic repair. This is what "Performance Excellence" is supposed to look like. Holy Mackerel!!!!!! These guys are FIRST CLASS!!!!! I don't normally do reviews but I feel the need to tell anyone who is on the fence about where to buy your Harley. I believe there is only one place to go and that is 101 Harley . Al and Karen have something very special there . They bring Honesty , care for the customer , and passion to make the experience of buying a Harley a great time for customer!! Nick in parts was awesome and so was Lincoln .I had work done to the bike and the mechanic did a beautiful job!!!
