DO NOT GET YOUR MAKEUP DONE HERE!!!

UPDATE: Make no mistake! NO! None of us were happy with the make-up! I had to fix my Mom's make-up to look presentable! You are full of excuses about your bad reviews and I was trying to be nice by not going into everything else, or getting into the hair! Do you want me to talk about the hair experience???

TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY THAT YOU DON'T HAVE A QUALIFIED PERSON FOR MAKEUP!!!! I took the make-up off as soon as I saw it, nobody asked me to! I was never going to walk out looking like that! The lady was very nice and I felt bad having to do that. I was only going to leave a review here, but your lack of accountability leads me to believe more people need to be aware!

YOUR SALON IS ALWAYS EMPTY FOR A REASON! Has nothing to do with my reviews!

To anyone reading this and trying to decide if to visit this salon, don't make the mistake I made, READ THE REVIEWS!

Elegance Beauty Salon has a lot of excuses of why they have negative reviews. I didn't want to have to write one.

The salon was empty on a Saturday afternoon when I arrived, except for one person getting their hair done. The staff was pleasant. The hair services were good, nothing to brag about, but good.

The main reason for my review is because I am appalled that a salon (or any business) would advertise and sell a service they are not qualified or trained to do! Elegance Salon does NOT have a qualified make-up artist or someone who has the skill to apply make-up and they are charging $80 for a make-up application! That is an atrocious way of doing business and very deceiving!

I specifically called in advance to ensure the staff was qualified for the services I wanted. It is sad that you have to do that these days, but this is the reason you do.

After seeing the awful job this lady did, i wiped/riped that make-up off my face. With no time to spare, I ended up having to do my own make-up for the event, which stinks because I wanted it professionally done.

It was not about the type of make-up that they had available, the lady doing the make-up did not have the skill! It is also NOT a matter of opinion, SHE HAD NO SKILL!!!

Shame on you Elegance Beauty Salon management! Are you that desperate for business? If it was not for the make-up, I would not have written any review...not a good one, not a bad one.

I have been going to Elegance for many years, as well as my mom, and we love it here. I will never go to another Salon because I am very picky about my hair, and I wouldn’t trust anyone to do it other than them. Fabrice, Delphine and the whole staff make you feel very welcome and it is a very peaceful environment. Even when I decided to do a drastic change on my hair I was confident in Delphine and she nailed it. Every time I go here, I leave very happy. You will not find a kinder, welcoming, or more talented Salon. They listen and are considerate to what you want or concerns you may have. Anyone who had an issue is the minority and were probably problematic themselves. This place use to be great, it’s been nothing but a downhill spiral since the new owners took over. Greedy and money hungry. They have one lady in particular named konstantina, I would advise staying far far away from this place, and her. She will cut your hair (horribly) and then charge you 3x the regular price. Previous stylists use to be very very good and had amazing personalities. Now this place seems to be a clown recruiting program. Unlicensed stylists, poor management, fake “French” style haircuts. I’m upset it has come to this, I never leave reviews. But I’ve had such a poor experience here, that now I have to let people know before entering this establishment and being overcharged for below subpar work.
