Tl;dr- Wanted to give this place a try as it's close to me, and I'm very happy I did. I had Johnny as my nail tech. He did a fantastic job, especially on my pedicure.

Detailed review: I got the "Organic pedicure," which honestly is as weird as it sounds, but I wanted to try it. Basically, you get to choose your scent from the "Pedicure in a Box" kit. It includes scented epsom salt, sugar scrub, masque, and lotion. (They also use this kit at Winn Nails with their Deluxe pedicure. It's a good product imo.) The "organic" part is where they bring out orange slices and cucumber slices. They rub your legs with the orange slices during the sugar scrub. It felt nice (cool and slippery) and surprisingly wasn't sticky. The cucumber they laid on your legs during the masque when they wrap your legs in hot towels. It was $57. Honestly, not worth it if you compare it to other salons upgraded pedicures. Winn, for example, you get everything except for the fruit and it's only $47. The BEST pedicure by far is at Queen Nails in Coconut Creek. Everything listed above (no fruit) AND you get the paraffin wax on your feet all for $50.

Anyway, I get acrylic on my big toes, and sometimes techs have a hard time getting in there and removing the skin around the cuticles but not Johnny. He was very meticulous and gentle. He also removed all the dry/dead skin from around my heels.

For my nails, I get Nexgen/dip, and he did an excellent job. I love the shape, and they aren't bulky. I prefer my nails to be more on the narrow side and he did it without me even asking. He also did an excellent job on the shape. I also needed a tip on one nail as I broke it last week. It was $50.

In total I paid $107 (on card, cash would have been a few dollars cheaper). Next time, I will just get the regular upgraded pedicure and see how that goes.

Also, there was a surprising amount of male clientele. There were 6 men getting pedicures during my visit. Normally I only see one or two. They also have a large number of male technicians too.

The photos suck for the color. It's actually a light sparkly lavender and not white...

This was THEE worst nail experience ever. I made an appointment with Will for a full set of acrylic nails, i am not in any way new to getting my nails done. The front desk was friendly but everyone was in chaos waiting it was like a 10 min oil change that you need to get in get your service and get out. I told them my tech and checked in. Shortly after they told me to go to his station, the nail tech comes over and i asked him if he was Will, he said yea and begin my nails (They dont provide pictures when booking but thru past reviews i saw his work and made the appointment based on that). He quickly filed my natural nail down DID NOT ask me to wash my hands instead utilized the airbrush tool to brush it off “clean” visible dust remained. He did not measure my nails he just stuck whichever tips on all fingers. When the acrylic was put on it burnt my nail bed SO BAD. I asked again to wash my hands to which he said no and held my hand. He shaped them and left my nails fully dirty with dust and i asked to wash them again and he used the air brush tool again to “clean” them. He quickly painted them and i said to him they were uneven and he continued with the top coat like he didn’t hear me. My nails were left super sharp at the edges because of how thin and uneven he filed them. Very unprofessional and I expressed that I was unhappy with them. He then asks my name and tells me his name is QUAN NOT WILL. Disappointed in the quality of the product and the customer service. Not once was I offered anything to drink either. He walked me to the register and whispered to the cashier a price and then it was told to me. When paying I was not given any receipt and for a mediocre job I was charged $80 plus tip. 4 days later my thumb nail breaks and I have an office job so theres nothing strenuous done with my nails! I honestly recommend NO ONE to this place you are herded around like cattle and deceived. I usually do not write reviews but this is outrageous and not to be taken lightly. Please read the reviews and believe them because I wish I did instead of thinking it was just a...

Stay away... they charge you for services you don't receive and the manager doesn't care. Went in for a pedicure and builder gel fill, my girl Taylor couldn't do my pedicure so I was ok with someone else. Well, that was a huge mistake... the tech (Lynn) didn't even scrub my feet, give me a massage or do anything listed on what's included, the pedicure is $47 and if you want gel, it's additional $20. The pedicure is supposed to be a 45 minute experience, I was in and out of the chair before the 20 minute timer went off on the massage chair. After Taylor did my fills (which she does an amazing job) I went to pay and told them at the front desk how unsatisfied I was with my pedicure or lack of, they were extremely understanding and offered a 10% discount, IMO I should have just been charged for the gel polish. I expressed how displeased I was with the suggested resolution and the manager came over and said she had to charge me and she was so sorry. I'm sorry... you have to charge me for a service I didn't receive? She said she would charge me for the gel pedicure only which is $55 🤯... WHAT? I had to explain over and over I didn't receive any type of pedicure and shouldn't have to pay for that service, she only apologized in vein and say she has to charge me. No. Actually, the employee that didn't do their job shouldn't get paid for this horrendous service provided. I ended up paying and walking out, but apologized to my girl Taylor to let her know I won't be returning.

I know I am a meaningless customer and they will do just fine without my business/money, but I had to let my experience be known.

Check Yelp, they have other reviews of the rush job Lynn...

I went to Chic Nail Spa today with my friend to start the new year fresh. I usually avoid pedicures because, as a nail tech myself, I've heard some crazy stories from clients about other places, which has made me wary. I wanted to feel pampered for once instead of always being the one to provide it. I was a bit nervous but tried to keep a 'new year, new me' mindset. Lena, the technician, drilled off the gel on my toes and skipped soaking my feet to soften the skin. Instead, she went straight to cutting cuticles. I figured she had her own technique, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But soon, she started hurting my left big toe. I told her it hurt multiple times, but she didn't react at all and continued cutting. I should have left then. She cut me and I started bleeding. She continued with the pedicure, barely giving a massage, just slapping some lotion on my legs. My friend and I were talking about how I'm a nail tech across the street and then that’s when she finally put antiseptic on my toe. I shouldn't have paid for the service. The only thing done nicely was the polish. I regret not insisting on a discount, especially since I do a basic pedicure for $45 that includes clipping, filing, cuticle maintenance, foot scrub, massage, and polish. They don’t even include foot scrub in their basic pedicures. I paid $55 + tip. I told the woman at the front desk about what happened and she was apologetic. She told me to put Neosporin on it and said she’d talk to Lena but that was it. This experience reminded me why I do my own nails. It's hard to find other nail techs like myself who genuinely care about their clients. You live and learn, I guess.
