Okay let me start this by saying YES! I absolutely recommend this location. With an exception. ONLY and I mean ONLY work with Lyndi. She is the absolute BEST thing that company could have done. She matches you to your perfect bed. She is patient and knowledgeable. I have a lot of health issues and she worked with me and didn't make me feel lessor or like I was a burden. We've had to exchange a couple mattress due to either a bad batch or cause they weren't right for me and I was in agony. She took her time and worked with us and never made us feel like we were an issue. We finally settled on the Beauty Rest Firm and it's been PERFECT. It's also the one she recommended and we didn't trust her. We should have. That being said. We went in one day, the same day we had one of the mattresses delivered, and she wasn't there. Ferris was there as was his boss. I don't remember his name. They are absolutely horrible and I don't recommend them to anyone. They made us feel small and like we were a problem and not worth their time. Then he dismissed us and refused to even come back over and speak to us. Literally stood on the other side of the store and wouldn't even look at us. His boss basically made us feel like we were lying or making stuff up. (The mattress had an issue) If they had been there the first day we came in, we never would have bought a mattress from this company. I am so happy Lyndi was there that day instead. These two men were extremely rude and treated customers like dirt. You want to make any changes to your store Mattress Firm, fire Ferris and his boss. It would be the best thing you could do. And promote Lyndi. I saw her with other customers. It's no matter she does well there. She is personable, relatable and really cares to make sure you get the perfect night of rest. On 3/7/17 I walked into the Creve Coeur Location (Looking for one economical mattress set) and was greeted by Brian .. He thoroughly explained the coloring/firmness and pricing throughout the store.. I proceeded to look around. I stopped at one particular mattress set and tested it out..... As I was testing it out he explained to me the floor sales (as is) pricing... My antennas went up at that point.... thinking thats more like it and reasonable... and besides it was the type of mattress I was looking for... He also gave me the option of the another set next to it... I told him I would have the cash first thing in the AM...Me needing one set and one pillow top... I came back with cash for both sets.... It was a deal I couldnt beat the customer services was great... Brian expedited my sale due to other obligations, making it very easy, convenient, delightful for my purchase... This was my first time at a Mattress Firm Store, and becauae of the quality of mattresses I purchase probably will not have to come back soon... but from my experience today I will spread the word specifically for this location..... It was a pleasure and the best part about it IM EXCITED ABOUT MY NEW...

Just bought a mattress here with the help of Brian, who was fantastic. My husband and I came in with our daughter looking to replace an awful foam mattress that we bought off Amazon.
