This place is the absolute best! My fiancé worked with Maria to create my one of a kind ring! We will be using that same CAD drawing to create my unique wedding band as well. Not only do they have the highest level of customer service, they are kind and caring about each and every detail in relation to buying an engagement ring. Even when Vincent's did not have the exact diamond that my fiancé was looking for, Maria went above and beyond to bring options to him so that he could pick exactly what he wanted. Once my fiancé proposed, Maria walked through all of the 4 C's with me so that I understood the detail that went into choosing my ring! A few months after picking up my ring, Maria called us and mentioned there was a tiny imperfection in my setting. Nothing that would affect the integrity of the ring, but still an imperfection. Without asking, she simply had a new band made at no cost to us. This just speaks to the attention to detail and desire to provide the perfect and high quality jewelry that you deserve! By far the best around and would recommend buying any piece of jewelry here!

My girlfriend/now-fiancé and I had a wonderful experience looking for engagement rings at Vincent's Jewelers! We worked with Christina, who did a tremendous job showing us all of our band options and comparing diamond possibilities. My girlfriend wanted to try a couple of rings on that weren't currently at the store, so Christina had them shipped in and they arrived extremely quickly! Christina took the time to text us when they came in so we could get in to see them right away.

We were impressed with Vincent's selection and their prices were incredible — tremendous value for the quality of ring and diamond that you get! We ultimately went with another very similar jewelry store in St. Louis (we visited several local jewelry stores, smaller and big-box). And that store even said if we didn't go with them, we should go with Vincent's because of its great people and products there. We were so pleased and impressed with our Vincent's experience even though we didn't buy from them that the least we could do was leave a 5-star review. You're making a great choice if you get your engagement ring...

I somehow ended up getting a ring stuck on my finger with no way to get it off myself I literally tried everything possible from the Windex and floss trick to the tape method to anything else that I could find on Google I even called the fire department who told me to call 911 and then that exact fire department showed up with ring cutters and told me the best they could do for me is give me a ride to the hospital so instead I looked up Jewelers in my area called Vincent Jewelers told them the situation and they were more than happy to help. The staff was amazing and friendly very attentive and had that ring off within minutes and here's the best part they didn't charge me a dime I did however end up picking out a couple items and putting it down payment for my boyfriend's future birthday present! Vincent's Jewelers has to be one of the no not one of, THE ABSOLUTE best jewelry store or jeweler in the St Louis area and I highly recommend this establishment to any and everyone!
