GameStop — Attraction in Culver City

Love that theres a Gamestop in the mall in Culver City. This location is one of my goto locations for games. Theres usually a line and if there is a line it moves very very sloooooooow. The service is generally pretty friendly. They have a great return policy on used games and they have a very nice used game section. New games are plenty, you also have of course the ability to preorder the games. The people who work there tend to be gamers, some times they hire people who arent which at a place like this is the equivalent to hiring a vegan to sell ribs at a Texas BBQ Restaurant. Erica with the associate number ID: 460054 at Westfield Mall did NOT want to transfer my pre-order item to another store. She delayed the transfer and in the end didnt even do anything about it. She put the associate in my desired store on hold for ONE HOUR and still didnt transfer the order.
