We liked a piece of furniture but we did not have space in our car to take it with us. We asked the manager if we can pay now and pick it up tomorrow since we will bring our van to pick it up. We stood in the billing line for more than 30 minutes to pay for the furniture but when we were ready to pay, the manager said she has put it on hold and that we can pay tomorrow when you pick it up. They entered all our information in a pink form and put a hold label on the furniture with our name on it. The next morning when we went to the store to pick up the furniture, we were surprised to see that they had already sold it to another customer but it was still siting there with sold label. We asked the manager that we had already put it on hold and that the other manager (from the night before) had put it on hold for us with the paperwork already done. This guy mentioned that it cannot be true since they cannot put it on hold for overnight. They had also removed the sticker from the furniture with our name on it. When we looked around, we found those stickers at their counter with our name but this guy would not acknowledge that they had put it on hold for us and then sold it to another customer. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, he got defensive and rude, and started yelling and said we were lying (even though we found those stickers with our names that were removed). This is indeed very unprofessional and rude and I’m not sure why the other manager the night before said that we pay when we pick it up next day while this guy said it’s against store policies. At least you would expect a store manager to know the policy or not misguide the customer; and if they do make a mistake, they should acknowledge it, without blaming the customer. Make no mistake, we like the store and their inventory, but wish the staff was more professional or at least know what the...

This is the cheapest TJ Maxx by far. They really slap some arbitrary discount labels on their products like it's too much trouble to calculate. The biggest clearance section for beauty items. The haircare selection they have is glorious. Usually the MSRP of any TJ Maxx is labeled as lower than reality as I am sure most people have noticed. But at this store, a lot of 'em have red sticker upon red sticker on top of the original. Especially when they are trying to get rid of seasonal items which they always have a plethora of - from Christmas, Valentines, St. Patricks, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving and should I keep going? They sell GNOMES for every holiday. I had a great harvest when they were selling the same good items in Christmas packaging for much cheaper.

I also like that this is a combined HomeGoods and T.J. Maxx store. I purchase jewelry from time to time. Betsey Johson, btw. And when I tried to return it at another TJ Maxx, they claimed it was from HomeGoods, which is odd. They still let me return it though because it looked resellable.

The workers are constantly dumping a bunch of items in carts and rounding them up. They accidentally took my cart once, which had a glass pear in it. When I located it a couple minutes later, it was already cracked. Not a big L for me because it was for my mom, and I'm not even sure she would deem it worthy of her kitchen theme. Just saying most of the cracked porcelain and glass is probably the work of the employees.

The lines are generally efficient and shorter than other TJ Maxx locations, although it is still easy to be bored enough to check out all the items on both sides of the queue. However, when it gets super long and horrific, I promptly put everything in my cart back and leave.

There's plenty of parking because it's located in a long plaza that goes from Stevens Creek and rounds the...

This is the worst TJmaxx in the world. Roselle C, the cashier, will only trouble you. When I want to return the goods, she finds various reasons to refuse. One time it was said that the system could not find it, another time it said that it was more than 30 days. Under normal circumstances, more than 30 days, other shops will give gift cards. But the cashier just didn't refund me, even if I brought the paper receipt. The cashier was very unprofessional. At the beginning, the wrong card was returned. When I told her, she insisted not to admit it until the manager came to tell him that he was going to return a different gift card. Roselle C is also very rude. Whenever you approach, other Tjmaxx cashiers will greet you first, but when I walked into the cashier and said hello like Roselle C, she did not respond! There is no expression! It's really embarrassing, and I feel that this Tjmaxx doesn't care much about the customer's feelings. In the process of returning the goods, even if there is a small ticket, the Roselle C and the manager of this store will not easily refund you, they will cause you a lot of trouble first. A very bad experience, I hope TJmaxx can improve customer service. If this is the first time I write a negative review, this store has disappointed me too! Cashier Roselle C is extremely rude. Never want to enter this TJmaxx again, maybe...

Terrible experience with the store manager on May 9th. The owner seriously needs to train her on how to speak to customers respectfully instead of trash talking. I was trying to buy a mirror and brought it to the counter, but there was no barcode or price tag. The cashier said she’d go get the price tag since I mentioned I saw one on another piece. After about 5 minutes, she returned with the manager, and they went to find the price again. In a rush to close the store, the manager brought back a random price tag marked at $99. I told her the price was actually $59.99, not $99. I then had to walk back myself to grab the correct item with the proper tag. Instead of apologizing for the wait and the mistake, the manager said, ā€˜This is what happens if you come shopping after 9:30.’ I had already been waiting in line for quite some time, and this whole situation left me waiting near the counter for over 10 minutes. Unprofessional and rude service. Very disappointing.

Absolutely fabulous and wonderful experience here today. Lovely items and very affordable prices. I bought towels, clothes, jewelry, toiletries and much more. A wonderful shopping experience. People are very kind and helpful in here and they greet you warmly, as well. Clean store and very clean carts. Everything is well-organized and easy to find items are on display. Whatever you need for your home or yourself, it is all contained in this wonderful treasure trove all-around best store. Grateful we have this store in our area; it’s much needed and much appreciated. Their clearance items are priced very well and you can find many sales in each department. The saleswoman, who helped me, was very engaging and friendly and she made my visit even more fun, today. Update: Today, I went back yo this chock full of everything store and bought the cutest Bonikka stuffed lamb toy doll with dress made in Sri Lankaā™„ļø
