Akard Plaza — Attraction in Dallas

I've only been to this park during early hours around 5am and am giving it 5 stars because it's the only one in downtown where you can do 1-200m sprints. It did look nice with a pond, trees, and spaced seating, though. There is also ample lighting.

On a side note, downtown roads are empty and mostly lit around 5am, so you can run freely to and through all the downtown parks before...

This is a great place for a great view of downtown Dallas. I pass this plaza often. It’s the location of City Hall. I was taken by the huge flags flowing in the wind.
