IF I COULD ADD MORE STARS I WOULD!! Anyone complaining about part costs and leaving a bad review due to part costs should try finding and ordering their own parts to see how much fun that is!!!!!! This is the only place around the North Texas area or anywhere to take your vehicle. I have 4x4 pick ups and it has been a real nightmare finding a repair shop that can properly work on them. I have been to all of them and all these supposedly 4x4 repair shops seem to be able to only sell you parts (some of which some take months to come in) and are limited doing repair work. The last place was the worst everything they did wasn't finished or properly installed I won't mention any names ( Reckless Diesel) I drove out after them installing a lift kit and nearly wrecked on the highway due to a death wobble from them not tightening any of the bolts. They were all loose front and back and that's just the tip of the iceberg there but meanwhile back at the ranch Randy and Caleb have always been very friendly and professional each and every visit. Caleb even remembers my name, truck and what repairs they did last every time I call months later! You can feel the difference when you leave there and are able to tell that your vehicle is operating properly and safe. The service there is the BEST and second to none! If you are wondering if they can work on your vehicle just take a look in their parking lot. You will see race cars, custom cars, foreign and domestic cars, trucks etc. I even saw the GAS Monkey guys bring in parts for repair there. Updated review: Feb 2024 I’ve come here one time in 2023 (ish) since my last review in 2020. At that time, DBA helped me fix my belt - even adjusting cost for me since they felt it was more important that the issue get fixed asap rather than me waiting on funds to fix.

I had to visit again in 2024 when my EPS light came on and they were very responsive to all the questions me and my boyfriend had- even when it turned out there was a dealership recall for the light- they were so kind and courteous, not charging me for the diag they had quoted me for. (which had already been 50% cheaper than other places!) Alex was really great and while I don’t want to have car issues again, if it means that I get to work with this team - that makes me feel much better.

Was told by my normal car servicing shop that I needed new brake pads and rotors. They quoted me around 497$ and just to be sure I asked around and when I called DBA after seeing the amazing reviews- they gave me a quote on the phone for $380. No brainer where I was going to go!! I went in as soon as they opened on a Friday morning and said they would take a look and give me a call before starting any work. Luckily, I was walking distance from where I needed to be but they did ask if I needed to go somewhere. (From the looks of the reviews, they would have probably given me a ride to wherever I needed to go!) they called me at 9:30 to tell me exactly what I would need and how much it would cost. I recently had my 2023 Bronco serviced at Dallas Brake and Alignment and was thoroughly impressed. I called them about getting an alignment done at around 10 am, and they told me to bring it in right away. Despite already having trucks in the shop, they finished my alignment and wheel rotation within a couple of hours. The total cost was $160, which is reasonable considering other places quoted me between $125 and $175 just for the alignment.

The staff were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I appreciated that they weren’t pushy.
