I'm sorry for give you only one star but I hope my review can help you to improve some things which on my opinion is not handled it good.
First thing I order food to go and I notice that was a line next to the restroom than people are eating lunch and no following the social distancing 6 fit also no one are desinfecten the area after they y finish.
Second thing I order my lunch and when I try to pay for my lunch the cashier open my box and she was checking what I order which on my opinion could be a cross contamination, especially when she is handling money, maybe the line prep could help her to put an sticker on the box for double or single lunch or wherever some one order.
Third thing at the chasier lines only two lines was open express line was close and one line was off but somebody was there and a customer come and ask to pay and the lady who was there take the payment which is not fare for the people who are in line if you are close that means are close otherwise the line should be on.
Hopefully they could improve this issues. Wish the best for this place.

This store gives me comfort. Being Mexican, it is hard to find certain foods, ingredients or products in stores like Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc. so when I found this store, I felt relieved. I came to this specific Rio Grande during the holidays and even though it was Dec. 23, the gentleman organizing the produce was so nice and helpful. He even asked me to help him translate to a lady that did not speak Spanish. Heck, I even told him what I was making for dinner and he recommended some additional veggies for flavor!! He was so sweet and I am sorry I did not catch his name. He was so awesome! You can tell that the people who work at this store seem to enjoy their work. The store also does have a great variety of Latin products. I recommend checking out their bakery and GO GET THE CREAMY GREEN SALSA!!! IT IS SPICY AND DELICIOUS! and their Horchata drinks!!! That is the best thing I have found in Dallas since I moved over here years ago! Go check this store out, you will find some...
Read moreTo this family fresh tasty fruit is our food, our fast go to snack (for all hours of the day) we can't go a day without it plus we are also latinos and look for very specific snacks. We have been living in Dallas for about 3weeks and visited the surrounding stores and this is where we go to for a quick grab and restock. It's always clean and it has everything we need in one place. Just wish it carried more juice variety, organic options, tofu, toffurky cream cheese or at least daiya or follow your heart mozarella cheese, plant based milk/creamer and other plan based products but then again most Hispanic stores don't carry anything like that 😕. Other than that nothing to complain the place is always clean and stocked just make sure to check on the dates and shape of whatever you buy like you are supposed to do everytime you go shooping, it will save you time & gas on another trip to...
