I am very tired of coming here and cannot wait til my sessions are up. I have been unhappy with their service since the beginning of this year, maybe last, (can’t remember) when there was a change of management or something. Before the switch or whatever it was, I purchased a leg and pit package but when I first started, my pits still had flare ups from deodorant burns so we decided to wait til they were completely better. Fast forward I’m toward the end of my leg sessions and my pits are way better so we decide to go ahead and start pit laser. Back to complaining, with the switch the usual people were let go and no one ever knew what was going on with my prior sessions or what I was coming in for. My very first appointment after the switch wasn’t in the system so they couldn’t tend to me and had to reschedule. Often my appointments had to be rescheduled due to my appointment being the last one with a gap before and them not wanting to sit around to wait or my appointment being the only one and them telling me that they won’t stay open for one appointment. What’s the point of having an appointment if they will cancel cause they feel like it. I’ve also been canceled because their machines are down and today I just had to stop at the second laser zap because the cold air for laser didn’t work, my pits are sensitive and recently healed from the deodorant burns so I wasn’t going to take the risk. I didn’t get an I am sorry for the inconvenience just an annoyed face and them telling me the other clients have done it without the cold air. I am extremely pissed to have had to drive nearly 40 min for an appointment I couldn’t have because they failed to make a courtesy call about their broken machine and it made me even more pissed that they were annoyed and didn’t apologize for their inconvenience.
