World's Most Famous Beach — Attraction in Daytona Beach

Me and my family absolutely love daytona beach. We have been here on vacation multiple times and stay just about a mile to the right of this sigh on one of the beach entrances. Tons of things to do and places to eat and one of the most beautiful beaches you will see and drive on too for a daily fee at the gates open from 8 am til 7 pm. It was February 2022 when we visited last. We enjoyed being there. The beach is taken care of in my opinion very well for as many people visit. The Ocean walk area is a nice place to walk and meet with friends. Many of the shop owners are struggling with staffing like the rest of businesses during Covid restrictions. We try to patronize the shops just out of sheer feelings of need to make sure they don't go away. The beach is okay. Nothing special. You can tell it probably used to be a lot nicer. My guess is that it is getting old and people are going elsewhere, although the beach did get pretty crowded. One thing some people might like but we didn't is the multitude of vehicles driving and parking on the beach. It is also difficult to find a spot on the beach without lots of cigarette butts.
