Rally House Waterstone — Attraction in Deerfield Township

I’m normally not a person who would write a bad review about a business, but I went to the Waterstone Rally House location to return a tshirt. I waited up by the register for almost 10 mins without being helped / asked if I needed anything. I was the only customer in the store at the time. The two workers who were stocking the floor continued to do so, even though they saw me waiting up by the register… I had to ask if somebody could help me and the guy smiled at his co worker when I asked the question. Brian and his coworker were very helpful to me . Dressing rooms were clean . I was able to order ( shipped to my home ) a Bengals shirt I loved , but needed a different size . I didn’t know they carry more than sports teams merch . They had Cincinnati T’s and zoo tees ; lots of Fiona and Fritz merch including cute lollipops with little clinging stuffed hippos on them .i Would definitely go back and they also are opening a store at the...

It was my daughter's FIRST FC Cincinnati game day and I wanted her to have some team spirit wear for the occasion. The staff at Rally House Waterstone was so helpful and supportive. She found just the right item and HAD to wear it out of the store - all of the staff told her how great she looked!
