My first review was removed for some reason which is a bit suspect... I would never recommend this place. At first I thought the nails at least looked good but see attached photo and noticed the spots all over the thumb nail, the day after getting them done. These spots are on almost all fingers. My cuticles also look like they received a beating but no actual help, which is absolutely not what I paid for. When I came in I was essentially told that my nails are a complete mess and they could not do gel on them (I literally never do anything to my nails besides paint them at home so I'm not sure what this is about). After not being able to understand what she was telling me, I just finally agreed to whatever new thing they wanted to do. After a long and uncomfortable manicure in which my sister and I could both tell they were talking about us, the nails appeared to be done. There was no announcement that they were done- she just kind of walked away. I asked the tech that was doing my sister's nails. If I was done, she said something in a very quiet voice that I could not understand which left me even more confused. The technician doing my nails finally came back, indicating that we actually were not done. When my sister went to tip the technician that did hers, she snatched the money from my sister (it was a 20% tip), And did not say thank you or smile at all. I've never seen this before and felt extremely off put as this was extremely rude, tips are not guaranteed, so why be so rude when you receive one? I tipped my technician and as we were on our way out we were met with a very accusatory "um you haven't paid yet". I have never and will never walk out of any place without paying. Apparently when you put your card in online, although it is not obvious at all, you are not actually paying for your appointment. They never state this when you are putting in your card information and so it feels like you have already- be warned, you have not and the woman at the front desk will be VERY VERY rude about it. Overall, we went to get our nails done because we had not seen each other in a while and have not had our nails done in a minute. We were hoping to have a fun relaxing time and we both left upset and confused as to why these two technicians were so incredibly rude to us. I would absolutely never return- on top of all of this, the place is incredibly hot. You though I would recommend wearing the absolute bare minimum. Will never be going again. Update: 3 days later and they have an orange hue to them. Very disappointed.

3 stars for customer service and hygiene. SERVICE: Togo, who owns/manages the salon is extremely accommodating, communicative, and attentive. Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally kind, gentle, and I think they really do make an effort to do the right thing and make their customers feel taken care of. But I’m ultimately paying for a nail service, which fell short. DIP MANICURE: I first came in to get a dip manicure which was abnormally thick. When it started cracking within the first week and chipping within 2 weeks (see photo), I came back to see what they could do. Togo was very open to finding a solution, and offered several options, though I still left disappointed due to a miscommunication on how much I would be charged for the second service - I thought they’d offered to fix it at half price, which I was willing to do, but when I went to check out I ended up paying full price for the gel manicure. I wouldn’t have agreed to a second service if I’d known I’d be charged full price without a refund of the first service. I would recommend this place for gel (Maria did a great job). It lasted 10 days before it began to chip/peel. There were a couple air bubbles, but they were barely noticeable, only if you looked really closely. Overall, I was happy with it. I would not visit this salon again for dip. The color selection for dip was limited and since it didn’t last, it was not even close to worth the $70 price tag (not including tip).

I usually like here and have gone a couple of times but this time I was left a bit unsatisfied. My French tip nails were a bit sloppy. I spoke up a lot about it but still left with nail polish on the sides on my hand, particles underneath and globby French tip. This person didn’t check her work at all. If she did she would see the little problems. When all was done I didn’t get any help with my stuff like usual. Went home and fixed it because I have all the stuff to do it. I always tip 25% or higher but this time tipped lower because at least it was done I guess. Anyway I recommend the nail artist just actually checking to see if the work is up to par instead of trying to move on to the next job. Too much money for this. Update: these people are vile. They were so rude to me via email. They said could only refund me via Venmo which is strange and I told them I did not have a Venmo and if they could just refund me via the way I paid or via Zelle. They were using aggressive language with me and told me they would post my emails to decide who is rude and vile. After I gave them my friends Venmo they send this last email. Definitely do not go here. I don’t believe they planned on actually ever giving me a refund at all.

Edit - Changed from 2 to 3 stars because the salon reached out, apologized and sent a very nice email regarding how they would resolve this going forward. Very good post customer service!

My nails look amazing, my cuticles look better than they have and the gel was expertly applied so in no way do I want to downplay the technical skill of this salon. Additionally the salon itself is super cute, very clean and bright and modern. I'm giving 2 stars because of the weird experience with the people themselves. My technician was nice at first just the initial quick chat. I was mostly talking to my sister the whole appointment and my technician was talking to the technician doing my sister's nails, so everything worked out great. At one point they offered me a drink and motioned to the fridge, I saw it had champagne in it so I asked if I could have champagne or no at which point they gave each other a weird look and then said no and something else that I couldn't quite understand. I said no worries, that's fine. I'm a people pleaser who's deathly afraid of confrontation so even just asking for the champagne felt like a crime. Nothing was said after that and then when my technician was done she didn't say anything just stopped and sat there. It was awkward but I assumed we were done so I got the tip out and handed it to her. A full 20% in cash as they asked. She took it and didn't say anything, didn't nod, she didn't even smile, no thank you. Then she gave me a weirdly nasty look and when my sister asked if her technician was coming back so she could tip her, gave the same nasty look to my sister. I'm not sure what happened between the start and finish but the whole thing was bizarre and uncomfortable. My sister's tech was very nice, thanked her. Mine still never said anything so I just stood up and said okay thank you have a good one (still nothing).

I left feeling weird as heck and I don't ge my nails done very often and was really looking forward to it so this kinda sucked. Really just ended up wishing I hadn't tipped her or at least tipped her less as it was a pretty...

2nd Update (in response to the comment below):

I had 3 people help me with the refund.. I originally asked for the refund by calling 2 phone numbers and leaving voicemails on both phones: the first number was the one provided on the receipt, and the second was provided via Google (different numbers).. I heard back from both numbers within hours (thank you!). The manager and the woman at the nail salon were extremely accommodating and dealt with the situation extremely professionally. These 2 I reached via the Google phone number. However, I had talked to a third woman about the refund (number on the receipt), and she was the one who said she'd only give me the refund if I deleted the comment. I would not make this up... I'm only trying to leave these comments to provide honest feedback for the public and for the salon to use (: I really did enjoy the service and those who I worked with at the salon itself, but I did not have as pleasant of a call with the other number I worked with. I hope this helps... thanks!

UPDATE: I called the nail place and they thankfully gave me a full refund for the manicure. I am very happy with their cooperation. They had said they would only give me a refund if I deleted this review, but I thought it would be unfair to lie to the public about their quality, so I decided to update it instead to reflect that they have at least refunded me.

Overall, they have great service and were very friendly, but the quality of the dip is very sub-par.

INITIAL REVIEW: I just got my nails done here this past Friday (June 4) for my birthday. I paid for a gel pedicure and tips with dip for a manicure. The service was honestly great - everyone was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel like a queen. HOWEVER, after only 2 days, I had 3 nails come off, and today I only have 3 left!! They came off like it was nothing!! Just peeled off. I can’t go back and get them fixed because I live out in Montrose (5.5 hours away), but I’m super upset about this. What a...
