Cheap, good for walk-ins on morning weekdays. Not good for weekends, gel/shellac, dip, acrylic, or pedicures.
You get what you pay for. Yeah the prices are on the lower side which is nice but I've consistently gotten bad results.
The first time I went I had an appointment but I still had to wait and they seemed confused like no one even wrote it down. They're always rushed even though it's one of the larger nail salons I've been to and there's plenty of techs.
Don't get a pedicure here. I asked them not to cut my toes but they did anyway. They cut into the nail bed and it was painful for about a week. They did the same procedure to me and someone I brought and charged us differently so the packages are just an upsell for nothing.
I've had gel and dip manicures here and they always flood the cuticles (which causes lifting from the back - ouch!) and they don't cap the tips which makes the polish separate from the nail easily on the tips. I've literally had someone try to pry the polish off my fingers with a fake nail instead of waiting for it to soak off.
The colors don't always match the samples so be aware. They have too many in my opinion. Also be very clear with what you want because last time I went in I asked for coffin shape and got oval, and then was told I was wrong.
I've also seen some expired licences and some that looked like they were photocopied about seven times. There's an outdated sign about minimum wage on the wall.
And before the owner responds by saying to reach out to Dani, maybe read the reviews and fix things cause I'm not giving any more time or money...
Read moreI'm just really sad about how my nails turned out. I haven't been to a nail salon in well over 2 years. My friend & I scheduled 10:15 appointments for Saturday morning--my appt was for full set with basic pedicure & eyebrows. We walked in at 10:18 to a busy shop (which we expected/why we made appointments) & were seated to wait for 10 min. No one checked us in or confirmed in the computer which services we requested--we had to tell them several times. Once seated for pedicures, mine was first & fast. It was decent. No major complaints. I waited another 20 min for full set. The guy who did mine assumed it was a simple manicure & soon as I informed my appt was for full set, he started moving really fast and I immediately felt rushed. I realized I forgot to ask for his name until I already left, but he started speeding through the process & he skipped a few steps. I requested medium length coffin with a grey matte polish. He immediately tore my cuticles up between the electric drill & hand buffer that instantly bled. The matte polish looks lumpy due to minimum effort on smoothing/shaping. Paint left on my skin on most fingers & he cut out a nice chunk of skin on my ring finger that bled my entire drive home. He left big clumps of acrylic under 2 nails that I noticed too late. I was never taken back for eyebrows, they just told me to pay the $95 & took my card so I just paid and left even more disappointed. I won't ever book here again. Way too rushed to get quality service. Appointments are completely pointless. Very unorganized. Others were complaining about their...

Made an appointment for a dip manicure with Danni, walked in and asked if I could add on a pedicure and the man at the desk said yes. So he took me over to the chair and did the pedicure, then I was moved to the manicure, and was given a dip manicure by a different gentleman. The initial manicure was fine, but it chipped after 5 days. I came back in today asking for it to be fixed, as 7 of 10 nailed needed to be redone. Kim did the new manicure, and it looks terrible. I will never return. The new “fixed” manicure is thick and uneven, there is dust in the layers and can be seen under the top coat. The topcoat is not covering the whole nail on a few of them.
Here’s the issues that will keep me from ever returning or recommending:
Lack of Cleanliness: everything is dirty. It feels dirty the minute you walk in the door. FromThe windows to the doors to the floor, the counters, the nail polish rack, the nail Polish bottles themselves, the individual stations, the pedicure chairs, everything. There’s no natural light so you can’t really tell what color you’re getting until you step out into the parking lot. The tools are reused, and you don’t get fresh/new files, buffers etc. the drill heads are clearly not clean either.
Poor execution: (see photos and listed...
