I just got my first laser hair removal treatment done (literally 2 hours ago) and it was quick and relatively painless. The entire process from walking in the front door to leaving took 20 minutes and the area I had treated is classified as a “large” area on most spa’s pricing charts. I had very sensitive areas lasered and expected it to be super painful, but with the exception of like 5-6 “zaps” (which still weren’t even that bad) the rest of the treatment just felt like somewhere between a warm buzzing vibration and snapping rubber band. For the sake of full disclosure though, I have a pretty high pain tolerance. Marissa is wonderful, and really knows what she is doing! I felt very welcomed and not rushed or anything. Literally the only thing that even slightly threw me off was that I had trouble finding the bathroom upstairs, and that’s because I’m directionally challenged. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain the procedure thoroughly. I was nervous due to buying a laser package at a different laser center, then reading some terrible reviews about that other place and subsequently getting a refund. I found Timeless laser shortly after and was convinced by the glowing reviews that Timeless already had from satisfied clients. Called specifically asking for botox and the receptionist who's name I believe was Jillian told me they carried it so I proceeded to make an appointment. It was my first time with their injector and although I always get the same area injected I've learned that each injector has slightly different technique so I asked her where exactly she would be injecting which seemed to offend her as she had quite the arrogant flare about her and didn't want to answer questions. She proceeded to inject me and then began explaining care instructions for "Dysport" which confused me since I specifically asked for Botox due to the dairy derivatives in Dysport that I'm highly allergic too. When I told her she showed absolutely no concern for my health let alone apologize and even proceeded to argue with me denying that it has dairy derivatives. She even ignorantly told me that had she known I wanted Botox she would have "talked me out of it" obviously not taking in consideration that the ingredients are different and could have adverse reactions for different people. I reached out to Marissa with a screenshot shot of the ingredients verifying dairy in Dysport and although she apologized and acted concerned in the beginning, she ultimately told me "there's nothing we can do it about it now" as my face swole up and I broke out in hives.
