You want a salon that's worth it? This is the one. I absolutely love this salon. The first time that I went in, I was introduced to my stylist Jessica. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she sat and chatted with me about my realistic options while looking at the health of my hair. I could tell and feel that she really cared and wanted me to have the best possible experience and leave satisfied, before she even started and before she even really knew me as a person.

The first time, I got an ombre / balayage done and it turned out perfectly. That was honestly the first time I had done anything like that to my hair, and sometimes working with that much lightener can damage your hair, so she made sure to send me home with some Opalex (you can only get that in salons with a license) and she knew exactly what she was doing. After months of having it crazy fashion colors (green / purple ) she made it look professional and sleek.

The second time, we went for something a little bolder. I got the ends painted with a blue / grey and darkened the roots. It faded in together beautifully, and all done and perfected with just showing her a quick picture on my phone and letting her take control and trusting her to do her thing.

Point is - the salon is professional, relaxed, and there is just an all around happy vibe. The stylists have great relationships with their clients and with each other, they're a team, and it reflects beautifully. Even the receptionists are amazing as well - I really appreciate the text reminders guys!

Faves of this salon: Turkish coffee, leg rests when you're processing under the dryer, amazing head massages, the music, the atmosphere, the products, and they give you a beautiful blow-out before you leave.

PRICING: Very standard. If you want quality work done by a stylist who actually CARES about their clients and the health of their clients' hair, you'll want to book with this salon. Last time I was in, it took a couple processes for me to get my hair to the color that I wanted it, and Jessica always told me the exact price BEFORE we even began so I wasn't surprised by anything. She never charged me for the extra color (I have a lot of hair), and it was all together about $120 for a three and a half hour job with about four tubes of hair color, two trips under the dryers, two washes, etc. I think that's incredibly modest and pretty standard for quality hair jobs.

I had an incredibly disappointing and damaging experience at Ergun Salon that I feel compelled to share, especially for anyone with curly hair considering extensions. This was my first time ever getting extensions, and I was very transparent about that with the owner, hoping for guidance and expertise. Unfortunately, I was met with the opposite.

From the start, the appointment felt rushed. The owner was clearly in a hurry, trying to finish my hair before working on female family members ahead of a vacation. What should have been a detailed and careful 4–6 hour process took less than 2 hours. I later found out why: he not only rushed the installation but also dry-cut and aggressively thinned out what I assumed were the extensions — turns out it was my actual hair.

The red flags weren’t fully visible until I washed my hair two days later. The extensions were applied only to the lower half of my head, leaving my natural curls sitting plainly on top and creating a clear, unblended line between my hair and the extensions. The bonds themselves were rough, jagged, and poorly installed — they would even snag on my fingers. Worse yet, the curl pattern didn’t match my natural hair at all.

I sought a second opinion from a specialist in curly hair extensions, who was visibly shocked by what she saw. Especially given that these extensions were 9 DAYS OLD. She told me it was one of the worst installations she’d ever encountered: incorrectly shaped bonds, not enough hair applied, no coverage on the top half of my head, and the wrong texture entirely. She strongly advised me to remove them immediately.

Once the extensions were out, I saw the true damage: my natural hair had been unevenly cut and thinned so aggressively that it was nearly unrecognizable. I’ve spent over two years growing out my healthy curls, and all that progress was undone in under two hours. Even more frustrating, when I called the salon to discuss a refund, I was told their policy is no refunds once the service is complete — regardless of quality.

Policies like that only make sense when the work is done correctly. In this case, it was not. I left with extensions falling out within 10 days and with my natural curls butchered.

This is the BEST place to go for any of your hair needs. Ergun runs a very family friendly, great place. The experience is all about you and by the time you are walking out, you are amazing. We live in Loveland but we happily drive to this excellent location because of how great the experience is. Always greeted with a smile and good vibes, Ergun will be sure to make you are happy with your hair. He has a passion for hair that is remarkable and I truly appreciate his passion. My wife started going to this place about 5 years ago and we know we won’t go anywhere else. From start to finish, it is a truly amazing experience. We let my son’s hair grow until he was 5 years old. Ergun was so caring when he cut my son’s hair for the first time. It was nerve wracking, but Ergun handled it like a pro. A truly ethical man with an impressive amount of positivity. Anyone would be lucky to have their hair done by him. He has a lab and he creates a bunch of really great products. I have a dry scalp and his energizing shampoo helps me like no other shampoo that I’ve tried over the last 40 years of my life. I respect Ergun so much because he realized his passion at a young age, went for it and now look at him! His shop is amazing and he does an amazing job with everyone I’ve seen come through there.
