The MASSAGE WAS WONDERFUL and STORM WAS GREAT. The appointment process was not wonderful... I was given massage as a gift. It was not in my account. Called, Tina told me it was in my friend’s account. She sent me an email, which disappeared in my email account within a couple of hours ( like the first email disappeared that I received telling me I had a gift). I also sent a message through your BOT, no response. Then again, I could not make my appt on line, so called again. Marie told me she had to check with Tina and would call me back in 30. After about 3-4 days I called again and talked to Marie. She said she had to schedule my appt so we did so. This created anxiety for my friend, who is out of the country, because my appointment was showing up as his appointment. It was not a pleasant experience, to get to a fantastic massage and to meet Storm!! Sorry to report this, but feel you might want to know. I am giving 5 stars for Storm, and because I believe in the studio; and I hope you are able to fix the appointment process and the outward facing customer...

I have serious back issues as I was in the military for 9 years. If you would like a place that is in tune with human body this is the place for you.

My therapist's name was Storm and with one run through of body she narrowed down accidents I had YEARS ago. (which I never mentioned) I have been living in pain for years, which I hate to admit I have gotten used to. Unfortunately while you are in the military we don't have "me time." So any injuries that may have occurred are often put on the back burner. After one massage with Storm she realigned me, my attitude, my body, I actually remembered what it felt like to have less pain and more flexibility. I didn't have to speak one word to her she understood the human body unlike any massage therapist I have met.

I have decided to remove certain luxuries from my life and I will be making it a point to visit her at least 2x a month.

Thank you for the relief Storm, you will be seeing me...

This was my first time visiting Revive Bodywork and I will definitely be visiting again in the future. It is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and cozy. The space smells amazing and it was very quiet. I was experiencing severe pain in my left shoulder, trap, and neck yesterday, it was so bad I felt nauseous all day and into this evening. The pain remained this morning and I booked an appointment with Lee.

Lee listened to my concerns and asked a few questions to learn more about the pain I was experiencing. The massage was amazing and he paid extra attention to the left side of upper back and neck. I have had many massages before but this one felt extra good. I highly recommend Lee. He is kind, caring, and respectful. He did this technique on my upper back he called the "Lave Drip" and it was the best. I can't believe I have never had another massage therapist do that move. It was amazing and I'll be going back to visit...
