The Crossing Shopping Center — Attraction in DeSoto

I was in a hurry that day and needed a small cake to take to my niece and this was the closest store at the time. I usually go somewhere else but it was too far. The lady at the bakery was rude and did a horrible job at writing the birthday message on the only chocolate cake they had that didn't have buttercream icing on it. It was for my niece. The lady ruined it and ruined my afternoon with her "I don't care and I don't want to be here attitude". Their cake shelves were also almost empty and only had buttercream cakes, no whipped icing cakes or specialty cakes available. Will not be returning here for my cake needs. I was at Kroger and I felt my life was in danger for the second time and I will not go back there , there announcement said please wear your mask while in the store and there was about 5 people that didn't wear a mask or have one that I could see, I told the floor manager, she said that they can't force people to wear a mask, I say you have the right to serve the people that's complying with the rules and ask the people who refused to go by your rules to leave, you can stop them at the door and let them know that they are required to wear a mask while shopping at Kroger but if they don't mind losing customers , I'm only one now but I will tell my friends...

I went to Kroger's on yesterday and I fell and hit my head one of the people helped me up was an Employee. I called and reported it at their store and the Manager did get on the phone and after hold for him to come back to the phone the phone hung up, I called again and I was placed on hold a the phone hung again, I called again and noone would pickup the phone, it didn't direct me even to the Animated recording.
