Dear owner of MH2G I am reaching out again regarding a couch I purchased approximately three years ago. From the time I received it, the leather was discolored and in my opinion, this issue should have been caught during quality control. I understand that time has passed but I did call the store and speak with the sales rep I purchased the couch from and she informed me that I would have to get the couch there myself as pick up in PSL was not an option. I was having family issues and couldn’t get it there. Regardless, the fact remains that the color was like this when it was delivered to me and became more pronounced after I moved into a brighter house which really showed the discoloration. Unfortunately, the issue isn’t about the amount of time that has passed but a QUALITY control issue. I am requesting a replacement for this couch. I am requesting a return or other appropriate resolution. A credit isn’t a resolution as I would have to add a substantial amount of money for the same couch like the one I have now. Please advise on the next steps for addressing this matter. If you are not able to address this matter, please let me know who can. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your timely response.

It is a lie, it broke me at 5 months and I went to the store with the tests of the rotten room game and they say they do not know what happened and that the factory no longer manufactures that furniture and they told me that they called me to solve my case and nothing, I do not recommend that furniture store. there I leave the photos. I told you that I had never dragged the bed, you justified yourself with the carpet and assumed that I dragged it but it was not like that, if it had been another furniture store with better attention you would have solved that problem as it should be, but apparently you they always justify themselves not to replace the article to their customers. Telling a customer that they were to blame is not correct to justify the poor quality of the product.

I was not asking for any money back, of course. I was asking for help to get my dining table repaired. No one ever returned my calls or responded to my email . Do not buy their dining table because the quality is very poor and the price is as if it’s good quality. The table is made of Formica and the price is of real wood . Very unfortunate With regards to the response received Monday February 12, please know I didn’t received any emails offering support . I would appreciate if you could send the email again or call me at the number I provided on my original email . Thank you

Very disappointed in the quality of product and service with this store. Would not purchase here again.

Artwork (large photo art) purchased for several hundred dollars and delivered (for a fee) 5 days ago. It came damaged by the manufacturer. The delivery staff tried to tell us the damage was part of the art and was a "bird". We are not stupid and it was obvious that the print was faulty. They took photos and removed it.

I called the number on the order to see when a replacement could be sent and got voicemail that they were out for two weeks. I then called the sales rep that sold us the art to get a replacement and he said he would call back. Rep was Lazareth. Never received a call back to get it replaced. Called the number on the order again and got the same out of office for two weeks message.. Called for Lazareth again the next day and he was out of the office. Left a message for him to call the next day when he was in and it again he did not call. I then called the following day to speak to a manager and was told by a female sales rep there was none to speak with and that they were out of the country. Also told by this rep sales rep I couldn't talk to them directly and that she wouldn't give me their contact info.

I finally just gave up and called again today and was able to get to lazareth. I told him I wanted the order cancelled as we were done with the difficulty in working with them and trying to get a product delivered that wasn't defective. I told him refund the money and he said it would take two weeks and he didn't want me calling him back about it.

There is no one running the show and the staff there do not care enough to call back about concerns with shipments that go out damaged. They blame each other and then try to blame you. I was even told I would be charged a restocking fee for the return of the damaged artwork!

This could be a good place to shop but it is not as it is not managed well and it's a free for all with the staff. When I spoke with Daniel, the delivery manager I told him he needed to replace the work soon. He said he was off for the day and not near a computer. Also said the trucks were full already and delivery for the rest of the week and delivery would have to be next week. I told him we weren't waiting two weeks to get a replacement product that wasn't damaged. He told me to call the sales office. He couldn't care less.

This place is a train wreck. They lost our business. It doesn't do any good to buy furniture you may like when it arrives damaged and no one there cares about it enough to rectify...

I purchased patio furniture from Modern Homes 2 Go 3 1/2 years ago when I bought my home in Boca Raton Florida. I decided to call MH2G because I dropped my table and broke the glass top on my patio and adjacent to the swimming pool. I spoke with Nicole at MH2G who was very diligent in ensuring that I would get the proper glass measurements and the best price possible from an outside vendor since my patio table is now a discontinued item. Nicole checked her own warehouse and two other vendors, simply to help me find a reasonable solution. She called me several times to update me.

I arrived at the store late Tuesday afternoon and was greeted in a most friendly fashion by both Nicole and Mike. My reason was to provide them with a credit card, in person, for the vendor she was linking me to.

All I did was sit on a patio couch and it was all over! I purchased a new ensemble, including chase lounges, tables, chairs, couches and pillows. Had Nicole not gone out of her way, this would've never happened. They also gave me a very handsome discount and ensured that everything would be delivered in a punctual fashion as they had done before. As far as I am concerned, based upon the selection, price, customer service and friendly attitude, it's the only place to purchase patio furniture in...

Really bad customer service. I paid cash a table model as the one displayed in the showroon, as requirement to get the memorial weekend discount. 2 weeks later I received the "same model" with a big hole in the middle, impossible to use and did not accept it. They only model as the one offered was the one in the showroom, so I asked for a reduced price as it has been displayed for over a month, and offered to pick it up during the weekend. They never followed up, now it resulted that the associate is no longer working there, never got an answer from the owner, so never replied back to me. They sent the showroom table back to the warehouse, si it appears as brand new and rejected any reduction. Additionally, they insist in offering me something different, to take another day at work for delivery, and now they dont want to reimburse me the money asap, even if it was paid in cash. I know it was a natural material (tree) and variations may exist, but I was never informed that there was a risk of getting one with a huge hole, they did not even know how it was until I sent them a pic and realized that all the warehouse tables were like this, except the one in the showroom. I just need my cash back, and not offers saying that any other table will be more expensive. That's my...
