My iPhone 8 Plus front and back screen was cracked. I dropped my device off to be fixed on June 4, 2020 after 5 p.m. Adrain was able to get my device fixed under the time it would normally take given the store closing at 7 p.m. He was personable, knowledgeable, and delivered great customer service. On June 5, 2020, I took my phone back to the store because I didn't have the best color quality. I assumed it was the anti-glare screen I had Adrain install. I returned and had a young lady remove it. She was pleasant. I played with the settings in the device and concluded on June 6, 2020 that something was wrong. I called the store and spoke with Luiz. He assured me they could take care of the issue and that I had a 90 day-warranty for the repair. I made another trip to the store. Each trip is 22 miles one way for me. After arriving, I was told by another manger and Luiz that I was given a 3rd party screen. To have the quality of the OEM - I would need to pay extra for a premium screen. I expressed to the manager that I would have liked to have been given the option earlier with the understanding of what I was paying for. I spoke with corporate and was reassured the store would resolve my concern. The store did not call back the next day and I ended up calling on June 10, 2020. KUDOS TO ANNE! She not only listened to my concern again, documented, and called me back within 30 minutes - she asked if she could be given a chance to make things right. It's one thing to complain and still have bad service, but it's another to complain and have great customer service that is absent of an escalation. Read moreMy son’s iPad needed to get fixed, so I took it here on a Saturday, shortly after noon. The “technician” said that they needed to order a part, and was told it would be ready in 3-5 days. Ok.
Tuesday rolls around and I call to check the status thinking it would soon be ready, as they had repaired my phone in less than 2 hrs previously- well I was unaware of their business hrs, therefore it was only the first day of the expectations that were set for when my iPad would be ready for pickup. “Once we get the part, one of our guys will jump on it and complete the repair.” Annoying, but again… ok.
Saturday (5 business days later), I call again and was told the person who was working on it was off and had not left a note regarding its status, so the person who answered wasn’t sure if it was ready or not. Bc the last they knew of the repair was that when the part came, something did not fit. They stated they would attempt to contact the other person and find out the details and give me a call back to let me know whether or not the repair was done. They never called me back.
Another Tuesday rolls around, and now I’m being told that my iPad was on its way to the depot for the repair bc it would take longer if it stayed in-house since they still had not gotten the proper parts, and that my iPad should definitely be ready by Saturday.
Guess what? today is Saturday, TWO WEEKS LATER, and they’re STILL GIVING ME some half story about why the repair for my iPad is still incomplete.
EDIT: I called the number left by the “owner”, Those People didn’t do anything either. I actually had to call that number twice, and was told someone would reach out within 48 hrs. No contacts were made.

Read moreI took my IPhone 12 Pro Max here to try and get my wifi/data repaired after they both stopped working as well as Bluetooth. After talking with the guy there and paying the $40 diagnostic fee I was told the part for my phone would be ordered and would arrive in a few days. A few days pass, and I go to drop my phone off. The SAME guy that took care of me when I paid initially was the guy that took care of me this time as well. So I arrive and tell him everything and after review he told me I didn’t pay $40 I paid $0, and that my part was not ordered.
At this point I was frustrated, so I went home and got my receipt from the first time, and also took a picture of where it took the $40 out of my bank account. I brought these up there the next day and talked with a different guy who was just as confused as me as to why my part was not ordered and why there was confusion when I had only dealt with the one guy. Well anyways he ordered the part for me and it came in and the same guy from initially was the one that took my phone apart to do the wifi part.
I retrieved my phone after a few days, and he told me it did not work, and that my best course of action would be to get a new phone, and now the phones front facing camera does NOT work and theres a rattle as if something was not secured inside the phone.
