Worst service ever. Rude management and staff. My wife placed order on line 4/19/20 so she would not have to go inside to pick it up. When she got to the window, she was told she had to come inside to pick it up. She explained she had a two-year old child in the car and did not want risking exposing her to the COVID-19 virus. The window person told her that did not matter. she had to come inside like everybody else. My wife went in to get the order, and found many items were missing. She witnessed other orders being taken to cars waiting outside. She asked to speak with the manager, and asked if she had just placed a drive-thru order, would they have handed it to her at the window. The manager would not answer and supported the rude comments made by the window person.The only response they would offer is that "it is corporate policy" Not true, I researched KFC corporate policy and found the truth, A third employee who was not involved in the conversation said "She has to come inside just like everybody else" All the while they were taking other orders to cars outside. My wife explained repeatedly that she was not asking for any special treatment, just a bit of common sense when there was a two-year old child involved. As she was picking up her order, which was still missing drinks and some of the side dishes, the manager said to her employee " that was the most racist and ignorant thing I have ever heard." Aside from the fact that the restaurant appeared not to have been cleaned in a while, and none of the employees were wearing gloves or taking any other protective measures, there was no reason for the Manager to be so antagonistic and accuse my wife of racism. Maybe they don't need the business. Their chicken is not all that good that anyone should have to put up with their anti-customer service attitude. Complaint has been filed with KFC Corp headquarters. Maybe they need to look down the street at Chick-Fil-A where friendly, courteous employees are serving long lines of...

I had to ask for napkins (who eats fried chicken and doesn't use napkins) They need an entirely new staff, I will not be returning! Editing on 4-18-22.....so I did return after 11 months, I was in the car with my father who wanted thighs and I wanted a breast but we both wanted coleslaw. The girl at the drive through told him there was no more Cole slaw or dark meat. My father asked if he could get the beast for the same price and of course she said no! It is not the customer's fault when you all run out of things and people get tired of poor customer service and not being valued as a customer. The way she told him no as if he were her child was totally unacceptable! She could've apologized and said unfortunately I cannot do that Sir and maybe offered a drink or something. I understand it wasn't her fault that they were out of dark meat but it wasn't his fault either and I personally feel that he should've gotten the white meat for the same price! I've read a lot of comments and the same old tired apology from the owner. How about trying to rectify the problems and make your customers feel valued, make up for some of the rudeness and wrong that we've all encountered at your restaurant....."I'm sorry" just doesn't cut it when you have numerous unhappy customers that could've and probably will...
Read moreToday was the worst experience of all my visits to KFC..first.. no matter what time of day I go into this highway 5 location...its always has a bad smell...the vacant tables are always dirty...customers have to clean the table before sitting..buffet looks undesirable..food choices are always low...or completely out. I only go to KFC for my husband. Today was awful...the manager on duty clearly displayed poor management skills...from customer service to keeping the store properly stocked...customers stood around complaining how long they had been waiting...customers walking out...complaints about the fountain drinks not being fit to drink... drinks out and being told after attempting to fill there cups... a customer requested the manager and her answer to the horrible service was she was short staffed and returned to her office.. when you pass out paper towels from across the counter because you dont have any napkins something is wrong...IN NEED OF NEW MANAGER...or she should be required to take a class on how to manage a...
