I ordered a bun less burger ... there was no option for grilled onions so i chose fried onions and immediately after called the establishment to make sure it was grilled instead ... after being given a hard time to correct the issue the young girl stated twice that grilled onions would be on the burger. I received my order with FRIED onions and none of the sauce that was asked for. I go to the restaurant to have it corrected . The young girl calls the manager and tells him “this lady says her order was wrong but she didn’t put anything in the memos” . Which infuriated me because when I called and spoke with her twice( because it took her some time to understand the difference between fried and grilled) she stated it would be grilled . After waiting about ten minutes she calls me over for me to check my new order , the bun less burger that I originally ordered was not there but a burger with the bread lol . I ordered my food over the phone, when I arrived my food was incorrect, the cashier took my food to the back and added what was missing ( despite COVID) when she came back the order was still incorrect. So she proceeded to correct the same food yet again. So I asked her to remake the whole entire order. I waited over 30 min for me food just for them to tell my food still wasn’t made yet. Cashier was rude and the owner became defensive when I told him his cashier was rude. I have ordered from this place since they open never have I ever had a bad experience until today. Read moreBe careful when ordering directly from their website. I placed an order recently and never received it. They use Door Dash to deliver for them. The Dasher picked up the order and went in the opposite direction of the store and where I lived, they then marked it delivered. I've called the store several times to speak to Tom, the store manager. He is never in and I'm always told he comes in at 8:40pm when the store closes. The first rep Lia told me there's nothing they can do when I ordered from THEIR website. Door Dash stated they need to fix it on their end. I spoke to someone else who claimed to be the Assistant Store manager who took my information to give to Tom. Still, no response. Lesson learned.
