Zach was so helpful and always has a great vibe when I come in, and to be quite Frank.. going into smoke shops in Utah is already a vulnerable scary thing for me.. Like fear of someone I know seeing me walk into a smoke shop.. I know, sounds dumb. But all my family is Mormon and already gives me a lot of crap. So the last few times Iāve come in, thereās this guy that no matter what question I ask he says āI donāt know.. I donāt do that.ā And sort of makes me feel dumb for what Iām purchasingā¦. As itās already a vulnerable experience where Iām feeling tense already walking into a smoke shop. I asked him the different between a ceramic and glass nectar collector one time and he says āI donāt do that.ā Like ok, well I didnāt ask if you did, but maybe getting some education on the products you sell would be helpful to the consumers trying to learn what theyāre buying from you. So when I went in today and Zach was there, he was completely opposite of that, gave such good customer service, answered all my questions even if it were āI donāt use that one, but this is the one I do use, and this is the difference between the twoā he even explained that how depending on how much the butane is refined it burns different. All things I had no clue about before! And thereās even a little nozzle you can pop off on the lid of the butane refill bottle that makes the top smaller. He just provided me with sooooo much information and value on the products I was buying, which specifically smoke shops always have new products and things that are intimidating and I have no clue how to work or what they are. Haha so Zach just really helped me out today, and restored faith in the customer service there for me. Everyone else there has been super nice to me in the past, besides the guy I mentioned that would be condescending when asked any question about the products, āthat he doesnāt useā. But Zach wasnāt just nice, he went above and beyond! ššāāļø...

I bought a battery pack and the employee told me I had two weeks to return and that after that Iād have to deal directly with the manufacturer. It said it was inhalation operated, but after charging it I couldnāt get it to work, I tried two different carts and nothing. I even looked directly on the productās website to see if they had any new information and I still couldnāt get it to pull. So I went back to return it. The employee (different employee) said she needed to test it to see if they could return it (????) and with the test cart she was able to get a pull. I asked her if there was something she was doing to help her get it to work and she just shrugged and said ānot really.ā If she couldnāt give me some advice then I didnāt really want to mess with it so I asked since it was still within the two weeks if I could just return it. She said they couldnāt return it because most of their products are consumable. When I took it home I tried it again and I still couldnāt get it to work. Iām pretty unimpressed with this return policy since this exact product is not really consumable and I literally cannot operate the thing. Probably wonāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will never come here again! At first it was okay when I walked in I was just looking around looking at different things because im kinda new to vape shops. Then the worker with a man bun came up to me asking what he could do for me. I told him I was just looking around because I was new to everything and looking at vapes and different things in the shop. Then he got snobby and very condescending he then said "These aren't vapes you need to look in the right direction and go over there for the vapes". Even though I told him I was looking at everything not specifically "vapes". Then I went over by the vapes and waited there but all he did was stare and glare at me as if he wanted to hurt me, I felt extremely uncomfortable. As I was waiting to be helped by the vape section, the group of workers who were on shift huddled together and were talking for a good 10 minutes without even coming to assist me, the whole group went silent and began whispering and looked at my direction, they started to laugh and joke around. So I ended up just leaving. A huge Lack of costumer service. Don't waste...
