Dublin Plaza Center — Attraction in Dublin

If you would like personal service by a knowledgeable salesperson, AND have plenty of time for 'greeters' to find one for you, this may be a place to shop. Just don't expect them to be very negotiable. With furniture markups being as high as they are, I wasn't expecting to be 'nickle-and-dimed' for everything beyond taxes, e.g., delivery, more for carrying sofa inside home, more for unwrapping, more for removing packaging, double paying for 1st year of extended warranty. Went to 2 of these outlets (Dublin, Lathrop). Both had "new hire" 'greeters' that had trouble understanding displayed pricing signs(!). In Dublin store I had to track down 'greeter' after waiting 10 mins. for him to find supervisor (aka knowledgeable salesman), only to find out he had forgotten us! When I got same treatment in Lathrop, I left. Front-door person asked if we had found what we were looking for. I told him, "No." And elaborated. He got 'smart-mouthed', "Well, your loss!" Not really! I went home and found a comparable recliner- sofa in style, design, color, and functionality, + free delivery(!) online for $1000 cheaper! My gain! No loss -...

Savers is kinda gross and the people trying to donate their old things will kill you pulling up (they need to handle traffic better) there is no reason I will ever pay full price for button up shirts when for 5 bucks I can get one at savers of a higher grade material worn once or twice at most since most people prefer wearing less than flattering t-shirts over the comfort of an over sized button up for whatever reason.

Definitely not a place to buy shoes, electronics or medical devices but the spot for dishware, clothing and furniture/home goods if snatching and grabbing from Bed Bath and Beyond is too frightening for you.

Love spending time and money at Savers By far my favorite store The only time I am disappointed while shopping at Savers is when I come across an item that is priced at two or three times more then the item cost when originally sold new Whether it be obvious due to the fact that I have purchased or priced the item in the past or the item still having the original price tag attached to compare or when there are 2 or more of the same exact items sitting on the shelf together however priced differently 😬 With that being said I still find a bargain every time and hope they will soon be able to go back to pre-Covid store hours so I will have even more...
