Never set foot in the store, but I sure am going to. I fell in love with a piano at another store in Wisconsin. They would deliver for a sizeable but acceptable fee but would leave it in our garage at the top of the 41 steps. Called all around. Few pianos in the style that I wanted were available, and no one would deliver into the house.
