Last night we were at this store location. I got to tell you the employees are just running around acting like they are all busy. My wife needed help and we waited to be help. While my wife was on her own looking for product, i saw this employee passing by me so i asked him if he could help my wife. He went to my wife and quickly gave her what she need. When my wife asked another question, he flipped and told her that he is with another customer and he will help her when he is done. I watched him to see which client he helps, he goes over to the corner and ask quietly to an old lady if she need any help, she does ask him something and he gives her what she needed. After that he goes to the other corner and acting like he is fixing things and thats when he saw another employee and he ask that employee if she can help her. I saw what he did so he was passing by me and i politely told him that he should have told us that he is helping another client. He then put his hand on my shoulder touching me and explaining to me. I got agitated and stood up since he put his hand on me and just didn't want to hear him since he TOUCHED ME! Thats a sexual harassment. I didn't allow him to touch me and he has NO RIGHT to touch me. When i walked away, he said oh that's how its going to be...i responded him back and he told me that THAT"S ENOUGH and he repeated couple of times. i then was shocked that an employee can harass customers like that. I quickly ask the lady who was helping my wife that is he the manager and no he wasn't. She got the manager for me and her name was Maria, she just simply apologized and told my wife how great that product is that my wife buying. Maria tried to trick us to forget bout what happened. This was a huge scene when other customer saw us getting humiliated by the employee at Sepohra. Maria did tell me his name is Jared. I just couldn't believe the professionalism from the employees. Maria then went on to help another customer. What she should have done is to Pull him away from the floor and talk right away. I am not sure what kind of management experience Maria has or what she did with him since they both seem to be the same level. Also the girl at the register didn't look alive. She seemed fully dead and didnt want to help us. This store is just a JOKE with character of employee. But i do appreciate the help we got from that one employee i think her name was DIane. If you want to be TOUCHED by Jared then do visit this store. we will never return to this disgusting store where customers dont...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish they had lower stars here for me to give a negative zero. This was my first time here at this Sephora and I felt the need to leave a review because one of their workers TRACY to be extact was very very rude and unprofessional so rude and unprofessional that I had to address her and call the manger before leaving the store. And from reading previous reviews I can see that this had happen before to other customers. Me and my friend entered the store and was looking for help, when we couldnāt get any I called out for some help and it just so happen to be TRACY and another worker, TRACY Iām guessing thought I was too loud for her liking and walked over me to help but my friend walked off so she proceeds to say I guess she found what she wanted and left. Long story short we got help but on my way out the story TRACY made it her business to be at the exit so I could hear her tlk about me to her coworker about how loud I was, when confronted by my friend she tld my friend I scared her so I confronted her and asked her wat extacly did she mean when she made the comment about being scrared. I was a customer that wanted help and was treated and talked about rudely by TRACY all because I asked for help and my tone of voice as a black person came off loud and strong for her liking. This store will never get my money ever again. Thanks to the manger Samantha for listening to my concern and I hope Tracy is reprimanded for her behavior and lack of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI absolutely adore Sephora and have been shopping there since forever. However, the experience at this store is making me rethink that. At the register, the employee was very kind and helped me check out. For some reason, it said in the system my first transaction didn't go through, despite my phone saying it was approved. The employee was patient and said how it would be unfair to double charge me if we tried with a different card, and called over her manager to see what we can do. We waited 10 minutes for the manager to come over, with the employee repeatedly trying to call her over while we had a long line of people behind me. She walked over, yanked some stuff, and muttered under her breath to the employee about how she was doing her job for her. Honestly, she could use a little class, and it was all very disgusting to watch. Then, she told me to charge to another card, which I did because it was maybe 15 minutes in at that point and I wanted to leave. Then, she "checked" the system and claimed it was never charged to another card prior - even though my bank app says otherwise. I left the store, checked my card statements, and noticed I have been double charged. Now I have to go through the process of reporting it being double charged. I hope I don't have to do this every time I want to shop at Sephora at this mall. TLDR: Learn to treat your employees better, have some sense of urgency, and don't double charge...
