I give this store five stars because it's unlike anything I've ever seen in my 50+ years of USA shopping. It's Japanese so be prepared for everything to be written in Japanese on packaging. However if you look carefully you can see the English version too. A friend told me to go there and it's definitely worth a visit. Two things I've bought recently that are fabulous: rubber gloves to wear while rinsing dishes which are much better than Playtex, 4 sponges and a sponge holder that attaches to the side of my sink in colors perfect for my kitchen. All this was less than $5. You can only buy with a credit card and you can't return anything....
Read moreDAISO, Euless, TX. I love shopping at Daiso, in Japan this is equivalent to the Dollar Tree in the USA, but dare I say with better quality items sold at Daiso than at the Dollar Tree. I always get in trouble with my wife because I bring more home than I intended. I just miss living in Japan (my wife is Japanese), and able to buy the goodies that I like, from their curry cup ramen, Ramune (soft drink), assortment of candies, stationery, kitchen items, chips etc.
If you haven't been there than you don't know what you're missing. Give a try what do you have to lose? You know the old adage, nothing ventured, nothing gained. Hope to see...
Read moreThe store is always clean and well organized, I love they have the flyers around the store explaining the prices, the staff is normally really nice too. Make sure all your items end up in your bag though. I went and they wrapped a fragile deer dish that was meant for a gift for somebody but they forgot to put in the bag and then when I called back later asking if they had it at the front they said they didn't know what I was talking about.. wasn't going to raise a fuss over a couple of dollars but it did suck that I paid for something, it was on my receipt and they forgot to put it in my bag.
