Salata — Restaurant in Euless

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened Salata in Euless, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. This innovative salad restaurant is a great addition to the local dining scene and is perfect for those looking for a healthy and customizable meal option.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the establishment was spotlessly clean. The salad you create by choosing what you want and they create it right there, allowing you to be in control of your meal, selecting from a wide variety of fresh vegetables and toppings. The choices were plentiful, featuring everything you would expect in a top-notch salad bar.

The protein options were equally impressive, including chicken, salmon, and shrimp. I appreciated the variety, as it provides something for everyone, no matter your preference. Once you have your salad assembled, you can finish it off with your choice of dressing, which, like the rest of the ingredients, tasted incredibly fresh.

One of the standout features of Salata is the efficiency of the process. Despite being able to create a completely personalized salad, the whole experience was quick and hassle-free. This makes it an excellent choice for a lunch break or a fast meal on the go.

The salad I created was not only delicious, but it also left me feeling satisfied and energized, knowing that I had made a healthy choice. Eating clean can sometimes be challenging, but Salata makes it an enjoyable experience.

Salata is somewhat expensive, so I appreciate that the Euless location is not stingy with lettuce or toppings (I’ve been to some Salata’s that are). I like the visual presentation of the options, and there’s pretty much anything you could want in a salad. I like that It’s easy to opt for a wrap. The new Avocado Jalapeño dressing option is very good, and I like that one of the options is fresh jalapeño.

I’d recommend not skipping the cookies - they are soft and fresh - if only they were larger in size. Unexpectedly good for a salad restaurant.

The app and opportunity to earn rewards also helps offset some of the cost.

Specific to suggestions:

1. I’ve been to a Salata that offered little butters for the croissant and bread - I do wish this location offered butter.

2. I’ve also seen Salatas that offer lemon wedges - it would be nice for the guest to have lemons set out for customers to use in...

The greens offerings (we were there at the end of the day) was fine. The kale had not been replenished, so there was none (could understand due to late hour but feel that for the price, the server could have asked). Service was perfunctory, no warmth, no thank you, no interaction beyond basic "what would you like" as we went through the line selecting what we wanted on our greens. The marinated chicken I had on my salad was delicious, soft, and tasty. We felt that for the (large size) salad with the side of chicken pieces, which was a tad over $15 with taxes, it was a tad expensive for what really amounted to a a large bowl of greens than anything else.
