If you can avoid this location please do it. Go to the one in Arlington or Hulen. The Store manager, Donna Dean, is the embodiment of poor customer service and terrible management. She was the reason that I stopped going to the Arlington location. Cleary cant handle the pressure of running a business. Did an online order to store, was called by a very nice young girl that my order was in. Went to the store to pick up the order the next day. Told the Donna that I was there to pick up an my orders. She asked me my name, looked in the cabinet, told me its was not there. Told her someone from your store called me and told me it was. She looked again and told me it was not there. Was told that I probably ordered it to the wrong store. Showed her the email with the store addresses. Then the young girl who called me came up and asked me my name. She told Donna that it was in the cabinet and got it out. She then began to berate the girl in front of me and yell at her for not following some little step. I mean my name was written on the white paper in big letters, so it should have been easy to find. After this Donna proceeded to tell the other worker that she had to take care of everything all day because she was going home because her leg was hurting. This was like an hour after they opened. I then asked her about my other order and she acted like it was such a inconvenience because she had to help me and could not go home right away. Made me feel stupid, like it was somehow my fault that she had to do her job. She basically did nothing. Dialed customer care and had me talk to them. I could have done that at home. Just seems like she hates her job. I don't understand how she got promoted to store manager. I feel bad for anyone who has to work with her on a daily basis. Will not be returning to this store.    Read moreThis location doesn’t have a great in-stock supply of the basics - T-shirt colors are limited in color and size every time I shop here, whether in person or online. I did an online order a few days ago and after receiving notification it was ready, tried to do curbside pickup since I had my two small kids in the car and didn’t want to have to take them down from car seats to pick up the purchase. Called to ask for curbside to be done and was told they don’t do it despite their website saying they do. I explained that I had two small children and that was the reason I needed to do it and was met with silence on the phone. Was then met with annoyance when I went in the store to pick up the order myself; it felt like the salesperson did not want to assist me. I have felt this way previously when shopping here as well and there is no justification for it. I’ll try out the Arlington location for future purchases instead. I’m a bigger guy and 6’3 so I felt like I was about to have to give up and wear pants that were too short with a too tight shirt before coming here. He gave me multiple options, measured me, and helped give me advice on all kinds of things from color to fit. He took the time to get to know me and my girlfriend and make this special for me. He didn’t make me feel rushed and gave me his full attention. He helped me feel important and that I deserved a really nice outfit that really fit and looked flattering instead of just settling on whatever was closest to fitting.
