Mega Replay — Attraction in Evansville

I don't usually write reviews about bad things but I have to. We brought a box of cards in here last week (my husband and I). He was leaving for the military and the people said it would take days to get through the box. He explained that he would be leaving the next day and that I would be coming in to get the money and rest of the cards. I personally NEVER heard anyone say I couldn't get them and that he had to be the one to pick them up. I gave them a week since the holidays and things but when I went in today, I had to deal with the super rude woman at the front desk. I explained everything and she said she was there that day and knew about everything. She started telling the guy in the back that she said that only he could pick up. I explained that he is gone and not going to be back because he's gone in the military and she gave some VERY rude attitude. She said they could just give me the cards back (which doesn't make sense since I'm not him but you can't give me the $22?) So thankfully the guy in the back helped me out. She constantly made rude remarks of "I told him he had to be here but apparently HE didn't want to listen". He is gone to SC and won't be back? He told them that and we NEVER heard them say he had to be there. I showed my ID and they changed the pickup person in the system. Why all the unnecessary attitude when it OBVIOUSLY isn't that big of an issue. $22 for all this. I am thankful to the gentleman who helped me out but that lady needs to learn a little kindness. I am trying to handle all the outside stuff while he is gone and this was just something not worth...

Not sure what I did to offend the employee with long hair and a mustache the last time I visited.

I caught his eye 3 times while waiting for help with retrieving merchandise behind the counter. Twice, he looked at me and then immediately turned around and tried to find something to do (ie: literally tapped a nearby desk and did a small loop on the floor). The third, he assisted a couple who showed up after me with the same task, and then never came back.

I could chalk this up to misunderstanding, being busy, or somehow being unseen despite nobody else being in that area, but after getting in line to ask instead, game in hand, I found myself in front of this same employee working the register. He looked up, locked eyes with me - and then called over another employee to help me grab my items while he moved to the next register over. At that point, I can assume little else other than it's personal, given that he was helping other customers with the very same things I was seeking assistance with.

Mind you: I have never met this employee. We never spoke, and this was only my second time in the store. My family (in-laws and fiance) also witnessed this occurring, and confirmed they thought something was wrong here, and were upset on my behalf.

I don't know what his problem was, but needless to say it left a bad enough taste in our mouths that we won't be returning. They have a good inventory, and I'm happy I got the parts/accessories I needed, but if I have to worry about employees actively dodging me for seemingly no reason, I'll just stick to the...

Yeah so I bought an oculus from them a couple months ago, the charging never worked so l asked to trade it out with a different one, well they told me it wasn't the same one in the system, I CLEARLY bought it from them I had the receipt with the same serial number and they told me it wasn't in their system and they couldn't even refund me. Next I tried to trade in my WORKING Xbox series s and they went to try it and BUSTED the hdmi port so it was unusable. They wouldn't pay for it or do anything for me, months later I did call in and they gave me a partial refund. But I would've rather kept the Xbox than get the low amount of money I got from it. THEN I went to go sell some funko pops to them, they said they couldn't take them and that I was banned from the store because one of the funko pops had their label and apparently I "stole" it from them, I then looked at all the funko pops I apparently "stole" and none of them had proof of any label being on them. They lied, and not even that I brought in 7 funko pops and I only got 5 back. I don't know if they kept the ones I supposedly stole. But they STOLE it from me either way. I am FURIOUS I hate this store and the people in it. The only good person was Justin and the workers there just DESPISE me for some reason. I'm an 18 year old girl that's just trying to play some games and sell some collectibles and they SCREWED ME OVER SO MANY GODDAMN TIMES. Super mega replay, if you see...
