Dunn Community Center — Attraction in Exeter Township

Absolutely terrible customer service. The doors were supposed to automatically unlock at 7:50 am and when they didnt I called the township building and left a message. Then I emailed Zach Ernst and never received a reply. Finally I called the emergency number over 20 times and left a message with my name and phone number and why I was calling, but still no one picked up. With no other options we ended up having to call the police to unlock the door. Not to mention this was in January in 20° weather. We got in almost an hour later than we were supposed to with 20 minutes to setup before everyone arrived for the bridal shower. I was extremely disappointed in the fact that no one ever contacted me back to at least apologize. My husband ended up trying to reach out to them again during the week and recieved a reply almost a week later with a very sad excuse for an apology. It is so unfortunate because the building is a beautiful place, but with zero customer service I would never recommend this place to...

My experience is that im very stress called pleanty of times and express to them that i was doing my own baby shower the first told me in jan it would be open to register then they said jan 15 will be open to public...so how in the world people is setting dates for birthday and baby showers on my same date that ive been planning for months now. Which still got my cake and deco going there....very unfair and not professional. I feel like they put a block on my account so im not able...

We attended an ANNIVERSARY party on 7/28/18. We arrived at 4:00 The refrigerator was warm and very warm in the building. The Dunn community center was very beautiful inside and out. Except for the warm fridge and it was so warm inside. If someone is renting my I suggest that the appliance's are turned on the day before. This was big disappointment for the price that was paid...
