This was my first time returning back to the theater since 2014 and I was pleasantly surprised. I would have given this location of five-star if the prices on concessions were little bit cheaper for the average person. I wasn't able to attend the theater earlier due to seizures being brought on by flashes of light on screen so it's not to go. I took a chance because I really wanted to see "Sound of Freedom." The concession girl was kind as well as the young man who scanned my ticket. The employees did a fantastic job from my experience this time and were eager to help me with questions. My theater was comfortable and it wasn't always so. Temperature inside was a welcome relief especially due to the horrendous weather and heat outside. I actually had a really positive experience. I went at 3:15 in the afternoon so it was not overcrowded, and other movie goers kept phones off and there was no extra talking. If there is a way to lower the prices for concessions I would like to see that done. I went to the women's bathroom once and it was cleaned fairly recently from what I observed. I want to recommend West Acres Marcus theaters for a date night or if you want something different to do besides stream...
Read moreWhere to begin... The seats I prepaid for a day earlier were taken by a group of teenagers, when I notified staff they walked to the theater with us, asked the kids to move, and then just gave up and asked us to just sit in the empty seats at THE END of the aisle. Loudest movie experience ever, I get the staff doesn't control the clientele but you have control to an extent. My seat was constantly being kicked from behind, and my knees being budged from the couple in front playing handsy under their blanket. Literal screaming and cheering during important parts of the movie , totally drowning out important dialogue moments. Cherry on top? Asked management after the movie to work with us and at least comp our tickets or ANYTHING... only to be told no with a sarcastic remark about how "maybe if I had come out 30 minutes earlier before I closed the tills"... I'll be attempting to contact higher ups but I'm sure it'll get nowhere. Just buyers beware I guess... should've known before going to a public event in Fargo,...
Read moreIf you leave something here you might as well just write it off as a gone. They Wouldnt even let us go back in and check our seats the next day. They wouldnt go look for us. They just say our staff sweeps real well and we will check with cleaners. Well we are 100% sure it was left there and its is prob stuck in the seat and not on the floor. We are at point where only chance to get back our item is to buy another ticket so we can go in and search ourself's. Amazing you pay 100$ for family to see a movie with snacks drinks ect and they are this big of a pain to get to walk 200 feet and look in your seat for you or let you go back and check.
Updated:Called for a week straight finally got a very nice guy that cared enough to have someone go look. Tony found it for us right where we said it would be and I wanted to thank the kind ticket guy who relayed our info to Tony. The young girl we talked to earlier in the week could learn a lot from the ticket guy on customer service. Thx Tony and nice Ticket guy. (I...
