We ordered 2 20wing platters, 2 orders of fried pickels, a basket of fries, and a chips and dip trio. When I called in I was told a wait time of 20min, so I told them we wouldnt be able to get there until roughly 35-40min as our drive is taking a while. We got there at the time I suggested and they told me to wait an extra 10min. It was frustrating, but not awful as I was hoping to get fresh hot food then.
Unfortunately, they gave my husband a bag that was missing all of our fried pickles, one of our wing platters, and the wing platter we did get had one of the wrong sauces (it was supposed to be a dry rub). We noticed as we opened at home with friends. We called, and they told us to come back in a not too friendly manner. My husband went back, and not a single apology! Nothing to make up for lost food, or lost time. They waited for over 20min, and was made to feel like a bother for THIER mistake. Lots of employee eye rolls, short tempers, and no offer to make it up to us.
A simple apology and basic customer service skills would have been sufficient. Being they had absolutely no people skills, and were incredibly rude, we are leaving this review. I hope someone reminds the employees that some of us try our best to be decent to customer service workers, but this behavior makes it very difficult to have sympathy for busy staff. Very unprofessional and very disheartening.

As a DoorDash driver I’ve been coming to this location for the past few months and the experience has generally been good with quick food pickups. Lately the situation has completely changed and multiple pickups have taken 15-30 minutes past the specified ready time.
I understand that many establishments are understaffed but I have not noticed any effort by this establishment to change the situation, nor have they updated their expected pickup times making drivers wait excessively long.
I will say however that I have appreciated the customer service I have received here as a driver. The staff are very friendly and do not treat drivers badly. Thank you!
Please, management, consider the livelihoods of the drivers who deliver for your establishment— many of whom derive their main source of income from delivery driving. I know I’m not the only one who thinks similarly because I’ve seen others waiting just as long.

Since the Doordash person wasn't willing to take it back, we called the restaurant and we were put on hold for 20 minutes just because no one was willing to own up to the mistake or take the food back and just told us to throw it away ourselves. We hate seeing food go to waste, so even though we were sitting comfortably at home in our PJS, we changed into regular clothes, packed the food up in an insulated bag and took it back to the restaurant ourselves at 10pm when we should have been chilling and watching TV.
In other words, we ended up doing both the restaurant workers job and the Doordash person's job because no one could decide on a solution for something so simple.
